【摘要】：1909年"海軍恐慌"給英國(guó)自由黨政府造成了極大的政治壓力,迫使其暫停削減海軍軍費(fèi)以進(jìn)行社會(huì)改革的政策,盡量滿足海軍的造艦需求。在"海軍恐慌"的刺激下,英德海軍談判無(wú)果而終,英國(guó)海軍的備戰(zhàn)工作大大加速。
[Abstract]:The "Navy panic" in 1909 caused great political pressure to the British Liberal government, forcing it to suspend the policy of reducing naval expenditure to carry out social reform, and to satisfy the Navy's shipbuilding demand as much as possible. Spurred by naval panic, the Anglo-German naval negotiations ended, and British naval preparations accelerated.
