【摘要】：盡管穆巴拉克時(shí)期埃及在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域取得了一些進(jìn)展,但也遭遇了醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源分布不均、效率低下、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)利用率低、青年醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題突出、婦女醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生狀況不容樂(lè)觀等瓶頸。這些困境的形成,主要因素有三:一是人口過(guò)快增長(zhǎng)吞噬了這時(shí)期醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的成果;二是穆巴拉克政府的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生政策頂層設(shè)計(jì)自身存在缺陷;三是經(jīng)濟(jì)、傳統(tǒng)文化與教育因素的影響。這個(gè)時(shí)期埃及醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展遭遇的困境,反映了穆巴拉克政權(quán)推動(dòng)埃及現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的缺陷。
[Abstract]:Although Egypt made some progress in the field of health during Mubarak's time, it also encountered uneven distribution of medical and health resources, inefficiency, low utilization rate of medical insurance, and prominent health problems among young people. Women's medical and health status is not optimistic and other bottlenecks. There are three main factors contributing to these difficulties: first, rapid population growth has swallowed up the achievements of medical and health development in this period; second, there are defects in the top-level design of the Mubarak government's medical and health policy; and third, the economy. The influence of traditional culture and educational factors. The difficulties encountered by Egypt's medical and health services during this period reflect the shortcomings of the Mubarak regime in promoting Egypt's modernization process.
