【摘要】：奴隸在古巴比倫社會中占有重要的地位，，是構(gòu)成古巴比倫時期社會的重要組成部分。對其進行研究是認識和了解古巴比倫時期政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等社會內(nèi)涵的重要環(huán)節(jié)。而由于有關(guān)奴隸的研究極其龐雜，難以做到面面俱到，擇其一點或幾點進行深入研究是客觀可行的方法之一。研究古代兩河流域地區(qū)的歷史由于受到掌握第一手原始文獻資料的限制，很容易造成華而不實、空洞虛無的研究局面，容易使人陷入主觀臆測的研究禁地。 本文完全依照楔形文字原始資料文獻，在反復、認真研讀文獻的基礎之上本著尊重史料的原則，適時地加以評述。從認識奴隸交易中涉及到的奴隸的數(shù)量、奴隸的價格到分析自賣為奴的債務因素，從分析文獻印章持有者的身份到研究國外奴隸對國內(nèi)奴隸交易所產(chǎn)生的影響，凡事都從文獻出發(fā)，結(jié)合有關(guān)古巴比倫時期歷史研究現(xiàn)狀，對照世界其他地區(qū)、不同時代奴隸交易運作的格式與內(nèi)在機理，在客觀上把握歷史史料的同時，得出具體的研究結(jié)論。 除引言和結(jié)論外，本文的正文分為四章。文末附有有關(guān)古巴比倫時期基礎知識的附錄，并摘有原始楔形文字泥板文獻數(shù)篇。 第一章：對整理釋讀出的文獻按城市分布來進行歸類，分別敘述南部與北部地區(qū)城市的奴隸買賣文獻的大體情況。 第二章：簡單總結(jié)奴隸買賣文獻的交易格式，并對奴隸價格和涉及到的印章進行歸納，分析奴隸買賣運作的機制。 第三章：對奴隸買賣文獻中涉及到債務奴隸的契約進行系統(tǒng)分析。首先整理釋讀有關(guān)債務奴隸的文獻資料，然后針對其中的特殊情況進行較為全面的分析。 第四章：對有關(guān)購買國外奴隸的文獻進行分析。對其中兩個主要的國外奴隸輸入地蘇巴爾圖和庫提進行分析，并結(jié)合文獻具體分析其中一位委托人的大體情況，并對其他被委托人的情況進行研究。 最后，在結(jié)論部分結(jié)合文獻所涉及到的內(nèi)容，分析得出一些關(guān)于古巴比倫時期奴隸買賣文獻的普遍規(guī)律以及其他對奴隸地位等問題的認識。
[Abstract]:Slaves played an important role in the ancient Babylonian society and constituted an important part of the ancient Babylonian society. The study is an important link in understanding and understanding the political, economic, cultural and other social connotations of the ancient Babylonian period. However, because of the complexity of the research on slaves, it is difficult to do everything. It is one of the objective and feasible methods to select one or several points for further study. The study of the history of the ancient two river basins is restricted by the first hand original documents and materials. It is easy to cause the research situation which is not real and empty, and make people fall into the research forbidden area of subjective guesswork. In accordance with the cuneiform original materials and on the basis of repeated and careful study of the documents, this paper reviews them in due time on the principle of respecting historical data. From understanding the number of slaves involved in the slave trade, the price of slaves to analysing the debt factors of self-selling as slaves, from analysing the identity of the holder of the seal of the literature to studying the impact of foreign slaves on domestic slave exchanges, All things are based on the literature, combined with the historical study of ancient Babylon period, compared with other parts of the world, different times slave trading operation format and internal mechanism, in order to objectively grasp the historical data at the same time, A concrete conclusion is drawn. In addition to the introduction and conclusions, the text of this paper is divided into four chapters. At the end of this paper, an appendix about the basic knowledge of the ancient Babylonian period is attached, and a number of original cuneiform mudplates are summarized. Chapter one: classified the documents according to the urban distribution, and described the general situation of the slave trade documents in the cities of the south and the north respectively. Chapter two: briefly summarizes the trading format of the slave trade literature, summarizes the slave price and the seal involved, and analyzes the operating mechanism of the slave trade. Chapter three: systematic analysis of the contract involving debt slaves in the slave trade literature. Firstly, the literature about debt slaves is analyzed, and then the special situation is analyzed. Chapter IV: the literature on the purchase of foreign slaves is analyzed. This paper analyzes the two main foreign slave import regions, Subaltu and Kuti, and analyzes the general situation of one of the clients in combination with the literature, and studies the situation of the other clients. Finally, in the conclusion part, combined with the contents of the literature, some general laws of the slave trade in the ancient Babylonian period and other problems about the slave status were obtained.
