【摘要】：正研究歐洲歷史的人,從歐洲文明中吸取經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn),為我國的發(fā)展提供智力支持,是史學經(jīng)世致用的具體表現(xiàn),也是本期圓桌會議要追求的價值之一。本文就是以此為出發(fā)點的。歐洲文明既體現(xiàn)在人與人的關(guān)系之中,又體現(xiàn)在人與自然的關(guān)系之中。本文探討后一方面。在人與自然的關(guān)系領(lǐng)域,歐洲文明對人類最大的貢獻在于它確立了近代自然科學體系,并且用科學和技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了人類對自然的革命性改造與利用。生產(chǎn)力是人類社會進步最根本的動力,而科學技術(shù)則是第一生產(chǎn)力。所謂生產(chǎn)力,根本上就是人類改造和利用自然的能力;而科學技術(shù)則是這種能力最
[Abstract]:Those who are studying the history of Europe, drawing experience and lessons from European civilization, providing intellectual support for the development of our country, are the concrete manifestation of the practical application of historiography and one of the values to be pursued in this round table. This is the starting point of this article. European civilization is embodied not only in the relationship between man and man, but also in the relationship between man and nature. This paper discusses the latter aspect. In the field of the relationship between man and nature, the greatest contribution of European civilization to mankind lies in its establishment of modern natural science system, and the use of science and technology to realize the revolutionary transformation and utilization of nature. Productivity is the most fundamental motive force for the progress of human society, and science and technology is the first productive force. The so-called productivity is fundamentally the ability of human beings to transform and utilize nature, and science and technology are the most powerful of these capabilities.
