【摘要】： 本文研究的主要對(duì)象是20世紀(jì)20年代的美國農(nóng)業(yè)蕭條問題。這一時(shí)期,美國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)史無前例的高速發(fā)展階段,大多數(shù)工業(yè)部門以及服務(wù)行業(yè),都取得了非凡的成就。與此同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中也暴露出諸多問題,農(nóng)業(yè)在這十年間的持續(xù)低迷便是其中之一。從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度來解釋,這一時(shí)期農(nóng)業(yè)蕭條的原因在于生產(chǎn)相對(duì)過剩;但從歷史角度來看,造成生產(chǎn)相對(duì)過剩的原因是十分復(fù)雜的。本文在借鑒中外學(xué)者已經(jīng)取得的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以歷史的角度,從多個(gè)方面對(duì)造成20世紀(jì)20年代美國農(nóng)業(yè)蕭條的原因進(jìn)行分析。 首先,本文將目光投向美國國內(nèi)。通過對(duì)比這一時(shí)期美國農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與大眾消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)美國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)的脫節(jié)所造成的價(jià)格低落進(jìn)行分析。然后,再將目光投向國際。第一次世界大戰(zhàn)——影響到20年代美國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走向的國際事件——對(duì)美國農(nóng)業(yè)造成了巨大的沖擊。它對(duì)美國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的刺激作用是暫時(shí)的,而消極作用卻影響了美國農(nóng)業(yè)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間。在分析了國內(nèi)和國際原因之后,本文將把美國農(nóng)業(yè)作為一個(gè)整體置于當(dāng)時(shí)的時(shí)代背景下,即工業(yè)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,在這種條件下農(nóng)業(yè)自身的調(diào)整和對(duì)工業(yè)會(huì)社會(huì)的適應(yīng),很大程度上決定著農(nóng)業(yè)繁榮與蕭條。而在新的歷史條件下,對(duì)美國政府在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中所要扮演的角色也提出了新的要求。本文的最后一部分,將從政策的角度,對(duì)美國政府在解決20年代美國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題上的效用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The main object of this paper is the American agricultural depression in the 1920s. During this period, the United States economy entered an unprecedented period of rapid development, most industrial and service industries, have made remarkable achievements. At the same time, many problems have been exposed in the economic operation, including the persistent downturn in agriculture in the past decade. From the economic point of view, the reason for the agricultural depression in this period lies in the relative overproduction, but from the historical point of view, the causes of the relative overproduction are very complicated. Based on the research achievements made by Chinese and foreign scholars, this paper analyzes the causes of the agricultural depression in the 1920s in the United States from a historical point of view. First of all, this paper focuses on the United States. By comparing the product structure of American agriculture with the structure of mass consumption in this period, the paper analyzes the low price caused by the disconnection between the production and consumption of American agricultural products. Then, look to the international. World War I, an international event that affected the direction of American economic development in the 1920s, had a huge impact on American agriculture. Its stimulative effect on American agriculture was temporary, but the negative effect affected American agriculture for a long time. After analyzing the domestic and international reasons, this paper will put American agriculture as a whole under the background of the times, that is, the era of rapid development of industrial society, under this condition, the adjustment of agriculture itself and the adaptation to the society of industrial society. To a large extent, the agricultural boom and depression. Under the new historical conditions, the role of American government in economic development is also required. In the last part of this paper, the effectiveness of American government in solving the problem of American agricultural development in the 1920s is evaluated from the perspective of policy.
