【摘要】： 1840年鴉片戰(zhàn)爭以后,外國侵略者紛紛侵入中國,不僅使得中國逐漸陷入半殖民地半封建化社會,而且還極大地撼動了以中華帝國為中心的宗藩體制。日本通過明治維新而走上資本主義發(fā)展道路,并開始向外擴(kuò)張。1875年日本政府強(qiáng)行禁止琉球向中國朝貢,“球案”由此引發(fā)。“球案”使得琉球王國由一個(gè)獨(dú)立國變成日本的沖繩縣;并使清政府暴露出其腐朽落后的一面,在中日甲午戰(zhàn)爭中敗給日本,最終淪入被列強(qiáng)瓜分的境地,宗藩體制隨之崩潰:也使得日本在“球案”后崛起,躋身世界列強(qiáng)之林,最終成為第二次世界大戰(zhàn)的策源地。以中華帝國為中心的宗藩體制的崩潰,導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)亞洲格局隨之重組,被以萬國公法為基本準(zhǔn)則的近代資本主義國際關(guān)系的新格局所代替。
[Abstract]:After the Opium War in 1840, foreign invaders invaded China one after another, which not only made China fall into semi-colonial and semi-feudal society gradually, but also greatly shook the suzerain-vassal system centered on the Chinese Empire. Japan embarked on the path of capitalist development through the Meiji Restoration and began to expand outwards. In 1875 the Japanese government forbade Ryukyu to pay tribute to China. The "Qiu case" made the Kingdom of Ryukyu become the Okinawa prefecture of Japan from an independent state, and made the Qing government expose its decadent and backward side. It was defeated to Japan in the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1895 and eventually fell into the situation of being partitioned by the great powers. The suzerainty-vassal system collapsed: it also made Japan rise up after the ball case and become the birthplace of the second World War. The collapse of the suzerain-vassal system centered on the Chinese Empire led to the reorganization of the traditional Asian structure and was replaced by a new pattern of modern capitalist international relations based on the public law of all nations.
