【摘要】：本論文分緒論、正文、結(jié)論三大部分。緒論簡單地敘述了課題的含義、研究的目的和意義、研究視角及內(nèi)容、使用的資料及研究方法、體系、當(dāng)前中外研究動態(tài)等。研究目的、意義大致有三個方面:其一搞清這一階段的歷史事實及問題的本質(zhì);其二是澄清當(dāng)代學(xué)界某些糊涂觀念和錯誤認(rèn)識,使人們不僅要正確地認(rèn)識過去,而且要正確地對待現(xiàn)在,以便促進中國與有關(guān)國家關(guān)系的健康發(fā)展;其三是搞清幾個相關(guān)的理論認(rèn)識問題:行政管轄對確定歷史上疆域范疇的重要意義,如何用國際法來衡量中日兩國政府所訂《間島協(xié)約》有效與否,“間島問題”內(nèi)在實質(zhì)(即國家主權(quán))。因此,本課題主要是從近代中、朝、日三國政府對“間島朝鮮人”的政策研究人手,來揭示日本妄圖霸占延邊地區(qū)的野心。內(nèi)容涉及的范圍是自19世紀(jì)末至20世紀(jì)20年代初期。 論文的正文是主體部分,共有六章。第一章主要敘述中朝兩國的邊界沿革情況及清代兩國所奉行的邊疆政策。前者重點敘述明、清兩代中國對“間島”的管轄情況,證明這一地區(qū)自古以來就是中國領(lǐng)土這一歷史事實,這是判定“間島問題”是非的重要前提。第二章主要闡述清末中朝邊務(wù)交涉與兩國對朝鮮移民的政策,揭示李范允等朝鮮邊界官員以種種借口侵占“間島”地區(qū)的企圖以及中國為維護領(lǐng)土主權(quán)所作的努力。第三章主要敘述日本介入“間島問題”以及中、日關(guān)于“間島案”的交涉,揭露日本帝國主義的罪惡行徑,展示中國政府和邊疆人民為維護國家主權(quán)所進行的正義斗爭情況。第四章主要闡述中日兩國在“間島朝鮮人”國籍問題上的政策紛爭,尤其是就中國政府為維護領(lǐng)土主權(quán)對“問島朝鮮人”所采
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction briefly describes the meaning of the subject, the purpose and significance of the research, the perspective and content of the research, the materials and methods used, the system, and the current research trends at home and abroad. The purpose of the study has three aspects: first, to find out the historical facts and the nature of the problems in this stage; second, to clarify some confused concepts and misunderstandings in contemporary academic circles, so that people should not only correctly understand the past, Moreover, it is necessary to treat the present correctly in order to promote the healthy development of the relations between China and the countries concerned; thirdly, to find out several related theoretical issues: the importance of administrative jurisdiction in determining the scope of historical territory, How to use international law to measure the validity or not of the treaty between China and Japan, the intrinsic essence of the "inter-island issue" (i.e. national sovereignty). Therefore, this subject is mainly from the modern China, Korea, Japan to the "inter-island Korean" policy research manpower, to reveal Japan's ambition to overrun Yanbian region. It covers a range from the end of the 19 th century to the early 1920s. The text of the paper is the main part, there are six chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the evolution of the border between China and Korea and the border policy pursued by the two countries in the Qing Dynasty. The former focuses on the historical fact that China's jurisdiction over the "inter-island" in the Ming and Qing dynasties proved that the region has been the territory of China since ancient times, which is an important prerequisite for judging the right and wrong of the "inter-island issue". The second chapter mainly expounds the Sino-Korean border affairs negotiations in the late Qing Dynasty and the policies of the two countries toward Korean immigrants, revealing the attempts of Ri Pan-yun and other Korean border officials to occupy the "inter-island" area under various pretexts and the efforts made by China to safeguard the territorial sovereignty. The third chapter mainly narrates Japan's intervention in the "inter-island issue" and the negotiations between China and Japan on the "inter-island case", exposes the criminal acts of Japanese imperialism, and shows the just struggle carried out by the Chinese government and the people of frontier areas to safeguard national sovereignty. The fourth chapter mainly expounds the policy disputes between China and Japan on the nationality of the Korean people on the inter-island, especially on the Chinese government's policy of "asking the Korean people on the islands" in order to safeguard their territorial sovereignty.
