【摘要】：20世紀(jì)巴勒斯坦民間社會的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展受到特殊的歷史、政治環(huán)境的影響和推動,是世界民間社會發(fā)展中一個(gè)非常獨(dú)特的例子。巴勒斯坦與以色列長期沖突的歷史、派系分裂的內(nèi)部政治和不具有完整主權(quán)的準(zhǔn)國家地位,決定了巴民間社會具有以下顯著的特征:在沒有主權(quán)國家存在的情況下產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,依賴外部援助生存,積極參與政治,具有突出的派系特征。巴勒斯坦民間社會在社會和政治生活中發(fā)揮著特殊而重要的作用,與巴民族權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)之間有著合作互補(bǔ)、相互依賴的關(guān)系,但也有相互沖突的地方。民間社會在一定程度上限制了巴民族權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)的威權(quán)統(tǒng)治,但總體來說對民主的推動力有限。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of Palestinian civil society in the 20th century was influenced and promoted by special history and political environment, which is a very unique example in the development of civil society in the world. The history of the long conflict between Palestine and Israel, the internal politics of sectarian divisions and the quasi-state status that does not have full sovereignty determine that Palestinian civil society is characterized by the emergence and development of Palestinian civil society without the existence of a sovereign State, Relying on external aid to survive, active participation in politics, with prominent factional characteristics. Palestinian civil society plays a special and important role in social and political life. There are complementary and interdependent relations between Palestinian civil society and the Palestinian National Authority, but there are also areas of conflict. Civil society has limited to some extent the authoritarian rule of the Palestinian National Authority, but overall the impetus for democracy is limited.
