俄國學(xué)者對中東鐵路問題的研究

【摘要】:正俄羅斯學(xué)者對中東鐵路問題的研究略早于中國學(xué)者,始于19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,迄今大體經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段,即19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初的起步階段、20世紀(jì)70年代末之前的推進(jìn)階段和20世紀(jì)80年代之后的深化階段。他們對中東鐵路問題的研究,主要是依據(jù)不同歷史時(shí)期中俄(蘇)國家關(guān)系變化的大背景展開的?傮w而言,20世紀(jì)80年代以后,俄羅斯學(xué)者對中東鐵路問題研究成果的數(shù)量有所增加,質(zhì)量穩(wěn)步提高。本文根據(jù)有關(guān)成果出版或發(fā)表的時(shí)間,分三個(gè)時(shí)期,將俄羅斯(蘇聯(lián))學(xué)者對中東鐵路問題的研究狀況作一簡要介紹,希望能對我國學(xué)者對此問題作進(jìn)一步研究和擴(kuò)展思路有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Russian scholars have studied the Middle East railway problem slightly earlier than Chinese scholars, beginning at the end of the 19th century and beginning in the 20th century. So far, they have generally experienced three stages. That is, the initial stage in the late 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the advance stage before the end of the 1970s and the deepening stage after the 1980s. Their research on the Middle East railway problem is mainly based on the background of the change of Sino-Russian (Soviet) relations in different historical periods. Generally speaking, since 1980's, the quantity and quality of Russian scholars' research on Middle East railway problems have increased steadily. According to the time of publication or publication of the relevant results, this paper briefly introduces the research situation of Russian (Soviet Union) scholars on the railway problem in the Middle East in three periods. It is hoped that it will be helpful to further study and expand the thinking of Chinese scholars on this issue.
