【摘要】： 德國(guó)社會(huì)民主黨在德國(guó)近現(xiàn)代史上一直扮演著重要角色,尤其是在風(fēng)云變幻的20世紀(jì)初期,德國(guó)社會(huì)民主黨對(duì)歐洲的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)影響甚大。一戰(zhàn)以后,德國(guó)社會(huì)民主黨肩負(fù)起了復(fù)興和重建德國(guó)的重任,對(duì)外與協(xié)約國(guó)簽訂了《凡爾賽和約》,對(duì)內(nèi)則建立了被西方國(guó)家認(rèn)為“最完美”的民主政府。 魏瑪共和國(guó)的建立可以說(shuō)是社會(huì)民主黨在這一時(shí)期的發(fā)展高峰,但同時(shí)也是其衰落的起點(diǎn)。社會(huì)民主黨之所以能夠成為執(zhí)政黨:一方面是因?yàn)樯鐣?huì)民主黨本身的強(qiáng)大;另一方面也是當(dāng)時(shí)德國(guó)的反動(dòng)階級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)移戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪責(zé),而將社會(huì)民主黨作為替罪羊的結(jié)果。因此可以說(shuō)從社會(huì)民主黨統(tǒng)治初期開始就是危機(jī)四伏,《凡爾賽和約》的簽訂更是使其雪上加霜,連普通的民眾也對(duì)條約簽訂導(dǎo)致自身生活水平下降反感甚深,更加重了對(duì)簽訂這個(gè)條約的社會(huì)民主黨人的憎恨。而這一時(shí)期,軍隊(duì)和社會(huì)上的反動(dòng)勢(shì)力也是蠢蠢欲動(dòng),各個(gè)政黨與社會(huì)民主黨政府更是貌合神離。社會(huì)民主黨內(nèi)部由于其自身政策的失誤以及內(nèi)部的分裂削弱了自身的實(shí)力,一系列的原因?qū)е逻@一時(shí)期社會(huì)民主黨的衰落。全文共分為三個(gè)部分: 第一部分是引言。主要介紹了本文的研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及研究?jī)?nèi)容和創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分是正文。共分為三個(gè)方面:一是社會(huì)民主黨的衰落表現(xiàn)。包括衰落前社會(huì)民主黨的發(fā)展概況,以及不同時(shí)期不同的政治走向?qū)ζ浒l(fā)展的影響。二是魏瑪時(shí)期社會(huì)民主黨衰落原因,從不同的方面來(lái)具體分析這一時(shí)期導(dǎo)致社會(huì)民主黨衰落的原因。三是社會(huì)民主黨衰落所產(chǎn)生的影響,主要分析社會(huì)民主黨衰落對(duì)德國(guó)所產(chǎn)生的影響。 第三部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)。對(duì)社會(huì)民主黨的衰落做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)要的小結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The Social Democratic Party of Germany has been playing an important role in the modern history of Germany. Especially in the beginning of the 20th century, the Social Democratic Party of Germany had a great influence on the proletarian movement in Europe. After World War I, the Social Democratic Party of Germany undertook the task of reviving and rebuilding Germany, and signed the Treaty of Versailles with the allies, and established a democratic government considered "the most perfect" by Western countries. The establishment of Weimar Republic can be said to be the peak of the Social Democratic Party in this period, but also the starting point of its decline. The Social Democratic Party was able to become the ruling party, partly because of its own strength; on the other hand, because the reactionary classes in Germany were responsible for shifting war crimes and using the Social Democratic Party as a scapegoat. Therefore, it can be said that from the early days of the Social Democratic Party's rule, it was a dangerous situation. The signing of the Treaty of Versailles made it even worse. Even ordinary people were deeply disgusted by the fact that the signing of the treaty had led to a decline in their standard of living. It has increased the hatred of the social Democrats who signed the treaty. During this period, the reactionary forces in the army and society were ready to move, and the political parties and the Social Democratic government were even more detached. A series of reasons led to the decline of the Social Democratic Party during this period because of the failure of its own policy and the internal division which weakened its strength. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research significance, research status, research content and innovation. The second part is the text. It is divided into three aspects: first, the decline of the Social Democratic Party. It includes the development of the Social Democratic Party before its decline, and the influence of different political trends in different periods on its development. Secondly, the reasons for the decline of the Social Democratic Party in Weimar period are analyzed from different aspects. The third is the influence of the decline of the Social Democratic Party, mainly analyzes the impact of the decline of the Social Democratic Party on Germany. The third part is the conclusion. Make a brief summary of the decline of the Social Democratic Party.
