【摘要】：一戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后,世界政治格局發(fā)生了巨大的變化,這為英國(guó)在中東的擴(kuò)張帶來(lái)了時(shí)機(jī)。高明的外交手段和相對(duì)有利的國(guó)際環(huán)境一度為英國(guó)帶來(lái)了“中東時(shí)代”。但由于自身實(shí)力的衰弱及國(guó)際社會(huì)的變革,英國(guó)在中東的處境日益艱難,而這一輪擴(kuò)張的進(jìn)程也為英國(guó)埋下了衰敗的隱患。 引言部分概述選題依據(jù)與研究?jī)r(jià)值。第一章主要描寫(xiě)一戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,中東所具有的極其重要的戰(zhàn)略地位和英國(guó)所處的有利的國(guó)際環(huán)境。第二章從1919年敘述至1929年,首先分別論述英國(guó)在伊拉克、巴勒斯坦、外約旦地區(qū)進(jìn)行委任統(tǒng)治所獲得的利益和遇到的阻力。其次從執(zhí)行武力威脅和外交談判兩方面總結(jié)英國(guó)在這一時(shí)期對(duì)中東獨(dú)立國(guó)家所執(zhí)行政策的特點(diǎn)。第三章從1929年起,寫(xiě)至1939年二戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)。在這一時(shí)期內(nèi)中東民族解放運(yùn)動(dòng)日益高漲,英國(guó)則面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的困境和美、蘇崛起所帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)法西斯政權(quán)又在歐洲興起,這些因素制約著英國(guó)在中東推行其政策。由此,英國(guó)在巴勒斯坦和伊拉克漸失去發(fā)言權(quán),對(duì)中東各獨(dú)立國(guó)家的影響也日益減弱。第四章,概括和總結(jié)英國(guó)在一戰(zhàn)后二十年間中東政策的特點(diǎn),并做以評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí)將中東看做英國(guó)全球政策的一個(gè)縮影,由此分析英國(guó)衰落的原因、表現(xiàn)和方式。
[Abstract]:After World War I, the political landscape of the world changed dramatically, giving Britain a chance to expand in the Middle East. Brilliant diplomacy and a relatively favourable international environment once brought about the Middle East era for Britain. But Britain's situation in the Middle East is becoming increasingly difficult because of its weakness and changes in the international community. The introduction outlines the basis and research value of the topic. The first chapter mainly describes the important strategic position of the Middle East and the favorable international environment of Britain after the first World War. The second chapter, from 1919 to 1929, first discusses the benefits and obstacles of Britain's appointed rule in Iraq, Palestine, and outside Jordan. Secondly, the characteristics of British policy towards the Middle East independent countries in this period are summarized from the two aspects of carrying out the threat of force and diplomatic negotiation. The third chapter was written from 1929 to the outbreak of World War II in 1939. In this period, the Middle East national liberation movement was rising day by day, Britain was faced with the predicament of economic crisis and the challenge brought by the rise of Soviet Union, and the fascist regime rose again in Europe, these factors restricted Britain to carry out its policy in the Middle East. As a result, Britain is losing its voice in Palestine and Iraq, and its influence on the independent states of the Middle East is waning. Chapter four summarizes and summarizes the characteristics of British Middle East policy in the 20 years after World War I. At the same time, the Middle East is viewed as a microcosm of British global policy to analyze the causes, manifestations and ways of British decline.
