【摘要】： 均勢(shì)外交是英國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的外交政策,而丘吉爾所提出的“三環(huán)外交”事實(shí)上是對(duì)英國(guó)這一外交傳統(tǒng)的延續(xù)�！叭h(huán)外交”政策的戰(zhàn)略中心主要在于英美特殊關(guān)系和英聯(lián)邦,而不是在歐洲�！叭h(huán)外交”一度主宰了二戰(zhàn)后英國(guó)的外交政策,在這一理念指導(dǎo)下,英國(guó)對(duì)歐共體“敬而遠(yuǎn)之”,但是在麥克米倫執(zhí)政時(shí)期,英聯(lián)邦趨于解體,英美特殊關(guān)系面臨挑戰(zhàn),此時(shí)對(duì)于英國(guó)來(lái)講,加入歐共體已經(jīng)成為改變現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和維持大國(guó)地位的支點(diǎn)。在新的國(guó)際形勢(shì)下,麥克米倫不得不對(duì)舊的外交模式進(jìn)行調(diào)整,正式提出加入歐洲一體化的申請(qǐng)。但受制于內(nèi)外雙重因素的影響。英國(guó)加入歐洲一體化的申請(qǐng)最終失敗。本文主要是在論述英國(guó)對(duì)歐洲一體化政策背景的基礎(chǔ)上,分析麥克米倫時(shí)期英國(guó)對(duì)歐洲一體化的政策轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Balance of power diplomacy is Britain's traditional foreign policy, but Churchill's "three Ring diplomacy" is a continuation of British diplomatic tradition. The strategic center of the three-ring foreign policy lies mainly in the special relationship between the UK and the United States and the Commonwealth, not in Europe. "Three-Ring diplomacy" once dominated British foreign policy after World War II. Under the guidance of this concept, Britain "kept a distance from the European Community". However, during the period of Macmillan's administration, the Commonwealth tended to disintegrate and the special relationship between Britain and the United States faced challenges. For Britain, joining the European Community has become the fulcrum to change the current economic situation and maintain the status of a large country. In the new international situation, Macmillan had to adjust the old diplomatic model and formally apply for European integration. However, it is subject to the influence of both internal and external factors. Britain's application for European integration failed. On the basis of the background of British policy on European integration, this paper analyzes the policy transformation of British policy on European integration in Macmillan period.
