【摘要】：英國人貝爾與十三世達賴喇嘛結(jié)緣于達賴流亡印度期間,三年中二人頻繁交流,建立了所謂的"親熱的友誼"。當然,有著濃厚政治身份的二人實則是友誼搭臺,利益唱戲,各有所圖,各取所需。貝爾成功地通過達賴實施了英國的一些殖民政策,成功地使得中國的西藏問題愈加復雜化。貝爾開創(chuàng)了侵略西藏新模式:精通藏文化,對西藏僧俗階層施以情感攻勢,上下其手左右連源攫取權(quán)益。貝爾苦心經(jīng)營的西藏事業(yè)貌似成功,但在十三世達賴喇嘛時代,西藏地方于中央政府卻無太"過分"之舉,"精明"的貝爾終被"善變"十三世達賴所棄,亦可說貝爾只是十三世達賴手中的一張牌。
[Abstract]:During the period of Darai exile in India, the British Baer and the Darai Lama were in India. During the three years, two people exchanged frequent exchanges and established the so-called "friendship". Of course, two people with strong political identity were in fact a friendship platform, and the interests were singing, each of which was needed. Baer successfully carried out some British colonial civil affairs through Darai. The policy has successfully made the Tibet problem in China more and more complicated. Baer created a new mode of aggression against Tibet: proficient in the Tibetan culture, the emotional offensive of the Tibet monks and the popular strata, and the right to seize the rights and interests of the Tibet. The Tibet cause of Baer's hard work seemed to be successful, but in the era of the thirteen Dalai Lama, the Tibet local government had nothing in the central government. Too "excessive" action, "smart" Baer was finally "fickle" Thirteen world abandoned by Darai, or Baer is just a card in the hands of thirteen world Darai.
