【摘要】： 作為近代印度的一個(gè)新興社會(huì)階層，工人階級(jí)的出現(xiàn)及其活動(dòng)迅速成為殖民地印度國家政治生活的重要組成部分。本文嘗試以孟買地區(qū)的工人運(yùn)動(dòng)作為個(gè)案進(jìn)行分析，全面考察工人階級(jí)在這一時(shí)期的生存和工作狀況以及工人運(yùn)動(dòng)情況。通過對(duì)相關(guān)史實(shí)的分析，總結(jié)概括出在這一時(shí)期孟買工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)。 全文共分為五部分： 第一部分為前言，介紹了本篇論文的寫作動(dòng)機(jī)、課題的研究現(xiàn)狀及寫作方法。 第二部分，從孟買工人的生存狀況、產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的來源、工人的宗教信仰和種姓情況、行業(yè)分布、民族和語言構(gòu)成、性別構(gòu)成情況等方面對(duì)殖民地印度孟買地區(qū)工人的基本情況進(jìn)行了考察。 第三部分，將孟買工人運(yùn)動(dòng)劃分為三個(gè)階段一工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的早期階段、工人組織的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展階段、有組織的工會(huì)和政治運(yùn)動(dòng)階段，并以這三個(gè)發(fā)展階段為界，詳細(xì)考察了近現(xiàn)代以來孟買工人運(yùn)動(dòng)情況。 第四部分為本篇論文的重點(diǎn)部分，，通過對(duì)前文相關(guān)史實(shí)的總結(jié)分析，概括出殖民地印度孟買工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的四個(gè)主要特點(diǎn)。 第五部分為結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:As a new social stratum in modern India, the emergence of the working class and its activities quickly became an important part of the political life of colonial India. This paper attempts to take the labor movement in Mumbai as a case study to investigate the survival and working conditions of the working class in this period and the situation of the labor movement. Through the analysis of relevant historical facts, summed up the characteristics of the Mumbai labor movement in this period. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the preface, introduces the writing motivation, research status and writing methods of this thesis. The second part, from the living conditions of workers in Mumbai, the source of industrial workers, the religious beliefs and caste of workers, the distribution of industries, ethnic and linguistic composition, The basic situation of workers in Mumbai, India, was investigated in terms of gender composition. The third part divides the Mumbai labor movement into three stages: the early stage of the workers' movement, the stage of the emergence and development of workers' organizations, the stage of organized trade unions and political movements, and the boundary of these three stages of development. The labor movement in Mumbai has been investigated in detail since modern times. The fourth part is the key part of this paper, through the summary and analysis of the previous historical facts, summarized the four main characteristics of the labor movement in Bombay, India. The fifth part is the conclusion.
