【摘要】：國民黨的土地改革政策,在大陸只是流于形式。一批具有美國農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)背景的"技術(shù)派"專家在抗日戰(zhàn)爭之后,由反對土地改革轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹С滞恋馗母�。美國出于反共的目�?也支持國民黨土地改革,并由此成立農(nóng)復(fù)會。在美籍專家雷正奇的指導(dǎo)下,農(nóng)復(fù)會成為臺灣地區(qū)土地改革的重要推手。朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后,作為冷戰(zhàn)的一部分,在全球不發(fā)達地區(qū)推行土地改革成為美國對外政策的重要戰(zhàn)略,臺灣地區(qū)土地改革也由此納入其中。
[Abstract]:The Kuomintang's policy of land reform is mere formality in the mainland. After the War of Resistance against Japan, a group of technologists with American agricultural academic background changed from opposing agrarian reform to supporting agrarian reform. For anti-communist purposes, the United States also supported the Kuomintang land reform, and thus set up a rural resumption. Under the guidance of American expert Lei Zhengqi, the Agricultural Rehabilitation Committee has become an important promoter of land reform in Taiwan. After the Korean War broke out, as a part of the Cold War, land reform in the underdeveloped regions of the world became an important strategy of the United States foreign policy, and the land reform in Taiwan also included in it.
