【摘要】： 近代早期是英國(guó)醫(yī)生從傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)向現(xiàn)代職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的重要時(shí)期,現(xiàn)代職業(yè)的許多特征都已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)。醫(yī)生職業(yè)隊(duì)伍規(guī)模擴(kuò)大、素質(zhì)提高,并逐漸排擠出醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)中的非正規(guī)行醫(yī)者。醫(yī)生職業(yè)組織建立,并制定和發(fā)展了醫(yī)生資格考試制度,提高了醫(yī)生職業(yè)管理水平。醫(yī)生職業(yè)的內(nèi)部關(guān)系也得到調(diào)整,逐漸出現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的輪廓。近代早期英國(guó)醫(yī)生職業(yè)的社會(huì)地位雖然有所提高,但還沒有得到社會(huì)的充分信任,這種矛盾的社會(huì)地位,既體現(xiàn)了醫(yī)生職業(yè)的重要性,又反映出其職業(yè)發(fā)展的局限性。近代早期英國(guó)醫(yī)生職業(yè)的變遷是社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的縮影,在新舊事物的碰撞中表現(xiàn)出過渡性和復(fù)雜性特征,為19世紀(jì)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生職業(yè)的形成奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The early modern period was an important period for British doctors to change from traditional profession to modern profession, and many characteristics of modern profession had already appeared. The medical profession expands the scale, the quality improves, and gradually pushes out the informal medical practitioner in the medical market. The doctor professional organization has established, developed and developed the doctor qualification examination system, raised the doctor profession management level. The internal relationship of doctor's profession has also been adjusted and the outline of modern doctor's professional structure has appeared gradually. Although the social status of doctors in the early modern times has been improved, it has not been fully trusted by the society. This contradictory social status not only reflects the importance of the profession of doctors, but also reflects the limitations of its professional development. The change of doctors' profession in the early modern times is the epitome of the social transformation. It shows the characteristics of transition and complexity in the collision of the new and the old, which laid the foundation for the formation of the modern doctor's profession in the 19th century.
