【摘要】： 蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨是世界上第一個執(zhí)掌政權(quán)的無產(chǎn)階級政黨。它以馬克思主義作為黨的指導(dǎo)思想,把建設(shè)社會主義、共產(chǎn)主義作為黨的奮斗目標(biāo)。在長期執(zhí)政的過程中,作為蘇聯(lián)唯一的執(zhí)政黨,蘇共的意識形態(tài)也成為蘇聯(lián)的國家意識形態(tài)。因而,在國家政治和社會生活中取得了意識形態(tài)的主導(dǎo)地位和政黨話語權(quán)的優(yōu)勢地位。然而,令人始料不及的是,到了戈爾巴喬夫改革時期,原本一場轟轟烈烈的以完善社會主義為目標(biāo)的改革,竟演變成了一個蘇共逐漸喪失執(zhí)政地位的過程。蘇共喪失政權(quán)的原因自然是多方面的。其中,一個重要的原因是,在這個過程中,蘇共過去在國家社會中的意識形態(tài)指導(dǎo)地位和話語權(quán)優(yōu)勢地位逐步喪失殆盡。以戈爾巴喬夫為代表的蘇共未能在改革進(jìn)程中,保持住蘇共所擁有的政黨話語權(quán)優(yōu)勢,相反,在公開性、多元化和民主化的口號下,由于歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的各種因素交織在一起,從而使蘇共的話語權(quán)優(yōu)勢被以葉利欽為代表的民主激進(jìn)派取而代之。 對于戈爾巴喬夫改革時期蘇共話語權(quán)喪失的這一歷史過程,本文在堅持辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的立場上,采用比較研究的方法,歷史實(shí)證分析的方法,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析和論述。本文主要由四部分組成: 一、政黨話語權(quán)的一般理論分析。本部分主要對話語和話語權(quán)的概念和特點(diǎn)、政黨話語和政黨話語權(quán)概念和特點(diǎn)、影響政黨話語權(quán)的主要因素等,進(jìn)行了比較明確的界定和比較詳盡的分析和闡述,為本文奠定了分析的理論基礎(chǔ)和框架。 二、戈爾巴喬夫改革前蘇共話語權(quán)的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題。本部分主要對戈爾巴喬夫改革時期前蘇共在蘇聯(lián)社會中的政黨話語權(quán)的優(yōu)勢地位的特點(diǎn)、潛在的問題和隱患以及呈現(xiàn)這些特點(diǎn)、問題的原因進(jìn)行了比較詳盡的闡述與剖析。 三、戈爾巴喬夫改革時期蘇共話語權(quán)喪失的過程及其原因。本部分在分析戈爾巴喬夫改革的理論來源和實(shí)質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,按改革的四個階段即準(zhǔn)備、開始、轉(zhuǎn)折和中斷階段,對戈爾巴喬夫改革時期蘇共話語權(quán)喪失的具體過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析和闡述,并結(jié)合具體事例深入剖析了其原因。 四、蘇共話語權(quán)優(yōu)勢地位喪失過程的幾點(diǎn)啟示。本部分結(jié)合前面的內(nèi)容,從蘇共個案的分析中,在執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的建設(shè)、執(zhí)政黨對歷史和領(lǐng)袖的評價、執(zhí)政黨與民眾的關(guān)系三個方面揭示了執(zhí)政黨應(yīng)該如何爭取和維持政黨話語權(quán)的優(yōu)勢地位,從而永保執(zhí)政地位的啟示。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of the Soviet Union was the first proletarian party to take power in the world. It regards Marxism as the guiding ideology of the Party and the construction of socialism and communism as the Party's goal of struggle. In the long-term ruling process, as the only ruling party in the Soviet Union, the ideology of the Soviet Communist Party also became the national ideology of the Soviet Union. Therefore, in the national political and social life, the dominant position of ideology and the dominant position of party voice. However, it was unexpected that during Gorbachev's reform period, the original reform with the goal of perfecting socialism had evolved into a process in which the Soviet Communist Party gradually lost its ruling position. The reason that Soviet Communist Party loses political power is natural many respects. One of the important reasons is that, in the process, the Soviet Communist Party gradually lost its ideological guiding position and the dominant position of discourse power in the national society. The Soviet Communist Party, represented by Mikhail Gorbachev, failed to maintain the dominant power of the party in the reform process. On the contrary, under the slogan of openness, pluralism and democratization, history and reality intertwined with each other. Thus, the Soviet Communist Party's voice superiority was replaced by the democratic radicals represented by Yeltsin. With regard to the historical process of the loss of the right to speak of the Soviet Communist Party in the period of Gorbachev's reform, this paper adopts the methods of comparative study and historical empirical analysis on the stand of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Detailed analysis and discussion are carried out. This paper consists of four parts: First, the general theoretical analysis of the party's right to speak. In this part, the concept and characteristics of discourse and discourse, the concept and characteristics of party discourse and party discourse, the main factors influencing political party discourse are defined and elaborated in detail. The theoretical basis and framework of the analysis are established for this paper. Second, the characteristics and problems of the Soviet Communist Party's right of discourse before Gorbachev's reform. This part mainly expounds and analyzes the characteristics, potential problems and hidden dangers of the dominant position of the party's right of speech in Soviet society before Gorbachev's reform period, and the causes of the problems. Third, the process and causes of the loss of the Soviet Communist Party's right to speak during Gorbachev's reform. On the basis of analyzing the theoretical sources and essence of Gorbachev's reform, this part is divided into four stages: preparation, beginning, turning and breaking. This paper analyzes and expounds in detail the specific process of the loss of the right to speak of the Soviet Communist Party in the period of Gorbachev's reform, and analyzes the causes of the loss of the right of speech of the Communist Party of Soviet Union in combination with concrete examples. Fourth, the Soviet Communist Party's discourse power loss process of several enlightenment. This part combines the previous contents, from the analysis of the case of the Communist Party of Soviet Union, in the construction of the ideology of the ruling party, the ruling party's evaluation of history and leaders, The relationship between the ruling party and the public reveals how the ruling party should strive for and maintain the dominant position of the party's right of speech, thus protecting the enlightenment of its ruling position forever.
