【摘要】： 在美國(guó)的安全戰(zhàn)略中,沖繩群島常被稱(chēng)為是“太平洋的樞紐”,是關(guān)系美國(guó)在東亞戰(zhàn)略安全的關(guān)鍵區(qū)域。二戰(zhàn)后,美國(guó)順理成章地成為了沖繩的主宰者,并將它建設(shè)成為美國(guó)在西太平洋的冷戰(zhàn)遏制環(huán)形區(qū)域上最重要的軍事基地。美國(guó)正是透過(guò)沖繩,一直嚴(yán)密監(jiān)視整個(gè)太平洋、東南亞、印度洋乃至非洲東海岸的廣大地區(qū),這使得沖繩在美國(guó)對(duì)日政策乃至美國(guó)對(duì)亞太政策中都扮演了的極其重要的角色。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)60年代后,由于國(guó)際冷戰(zhàn)局勢(shì)變化和美國(guó)世界影響的削弱,加上日本力量的發(fā)展和沖繩人民的反對(duì),使得美國(guó)在沖繩的地位受到很大的挑戰(zhàn)。美國(guó)不得不開(kāi)始實(shí)行戰(zhàn)略收縮,將沖繩的主權(quán)“歸還”日本成為美國(guó)東亞安全戰(zhàn)略的巧妙策略。沖繩“歸還”日本后為東亞各國(guó)留下很多后遺癥。本文試圖通過(guò)沖繩“歸還”事件的梳理,從中了解尼克松時(shí)期的美國(guó)東亞安全戰(zhàn)略的演變,窺探美日關(guān)系與東亞格局之一斑。
[Abstract]:In American security strategy, Okinawa Islands is often referred to as "Pacific hub", which is the key area of American strategic security in East Asia. After World War II, the United States naturally became the master of Okinawa and built it as the most important military base in the Cold War containment ring in the western Pacific. It is through Okinawa that the United States has been closely monitoring the vast areas of the Pacific Ocean, Southeast Asia, Indian Ocean and even the east coast of Africa, which makes Okinawa play an extremely important role in the American policy towards Japan and in the policy of the United States towards Asia and the Pacific. After entering the 1960s, due to the changes of the international cold war situation and the weakening of American world influence, the development of Japanese forces and the opposition of Okinawa people, the status of the United States in Okinawa has been greatly challenged. The United States had to start a strategic contraction, and returning the sovereignty of Okinawa to Japan became an ingenious strategy of the United States' East Asian security strategy. Okinawa's return of Japan left many sequelae in East Asia. This paper attempts to understand the evolution of American East Asian security strategy in Nixon's time by combing the Okinawa "return" incident, and to explore the relationship between the United States and Japan and the pattern of East Asia.
