【摘要】： 本文通過對1988—2008年泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展過程的分析,把泰緬關(guān)系以1997年為界點,分為兩段時期分別闡述泰國和緬甸的政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟關(guān)系、軍事關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展情況,全面展現(xiàn)泰緬關(guān)系發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程。 1988—1997年泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展的特點:緬甸政權(quán)的更替帶來泰緬關(guān)系發(fā)展的契機;泰國在緬甸在對外關(guān)系中處于優(yōu)先發(fā)展的地位;泰緬政治關(guān)系的改善是泰緬關(guān)系全面發(fā)展的條件;1988—1997年泰國和緬甸的關(guān)系得到全面改善和加強。1997—2008年泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展的特點:泰國在緬甸的對外交關(guān)系中的地位有所下降;經(jīng)濟合作成為維系泰緬關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ);泰國在地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略更加重視緬甸的作用;1997—2008年泰國和緬甸的關(guān)系發(fā)展是不穩(wěn)定,有起伏。1988—2008年泰國和緬甸演變和發(fā)展的動力;地緣政治因素在泰緬關(guān)系的發(fā)展中起到非常重要的作用;國際形勢和地區(qū)形勢的轉(zhuǎn)變是泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展的外部因素;經(jīng)濟利益是泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展的主要因素;泰緬兩國存在的邊界問題、邊境難民問題、邊境毒品問題、邊境少數(shù)民族反政府武裝等問題一直是泰緬關(guān)系演變和發(fā)展的制約因素;泰國和緬甸合作和斗爭并存,友好和睦是泰緬關(guān)系發(fā)展的主流。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations from 1988 to 2008, this paper divides the Thai-Myanmar relations into two periods, namely, the political, economic, military and military relations between Thailand and Myanmar. The history of the development of Thai-Myanmar relations is shown in an all-round way. The characteristics of the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations from 1988 to 1997 are as follows: the change of political power in Myanmar brings the opportunity for the development of Thai-Burmese relations, Thailand plays a priority role in the development of Myanmar's foreign relations; The improvement of political relations between Thailand and Myanmar is the condition for the all-round development of Thai-Myanmar relations. The overall improvement and strengthening of the relations between Thailand and Myanmar from 1988 to 1997. The characteristics of the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations from 1997 to 2008: Thailand's diplomatic relations with Myanmar (B) the status of the Middle East has declined; Economic cooperation has become an important basis for the development of Thai-Myanmar relations; Thailand has paid more attention to the role of Myanmar in its regional strategy. The development of relations between Thailand and Myanmar from 1997 to 2008 is unstable and has the impetus for the evolution and development of Thailand and Myanmar during the period 1988-2008. Geopolitical factors play a very important role in the development of Thai-Myanmar relations, the changes of international and regional situations are the external factors of the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations, and economic interests are the main factors of the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations. The border problems, the border refugee problem, the border drug problem, the border ethnic minority anti-government armed forces and other issues between Thailand and Myanmar have been the constraints to the evolution and development of Thai-Myanmar relations; Thailand and Myanmar cooperate and struggle side by side. Friendly rapprochement is the mainstream of Thai-Myanmar relations.
