【摘要】：20世紀50年代,在中美洲國家危地馬拉發(fā)生了一場由哈科沃·阿本斯·古斯曼總統(tǒng)所領導,以推行土地改革為核心的民主改革運動。在征收土地過程中,由于損害了與艾森豪威爾政府關系密切的聯(lián)合果品公司在該國的壟斷經(jīng)濟利益,從而最終導致了美國中央情報局以消除“共產主義威脅”為名,密謀策劃了旨在推翻阿本斯政府的陰謀政變活動——“成功行動”(PBSUCCESS)。長期以來,國內學術界尚未對有關聯(lián)合果品公司在此次政變中扮演角色的研究給予足夠的關注。本文從探討美國壟斷資本集團如何利用權力資源影響政府外交決策；政府中的“公司精英”群體如何為維護自身經(jīng)濟利益,利用政府行為最終將其上升為“國家利益”,上述兩個創(chuàng)新視角對1954年危地馬拉政變中聯(lián)合果品公司所起的作用進行探究。
[Abstract]:In the 1950s, there was a democratic reform movement in the Central American country of Guatemala, led by President Jacobo Arbens Guzman, with land reform at its core. In the process of expropriating the land, the monopoly economic interests of the United Fruit Company, which is close to the Eisenhower administration, in the country were damaged, which eventually led the Central Intelligence Agency to eliminate the "communist threat". Plotted to overthrow the government of Arbens plot a coup-"successful operation" a PBSUCCESS. For a long time, domestic academics have not paid enough attention to the role of joint fruit companies in the coup. This paper discusses how American monopoly capital groups use power resources to influence government diplomatic decisions, how the "corporate elite" groups in the government take advantage of government actions to raise them to "national interests" in order to safeguard their own economic interests. These two innovative perspectives explore the role of the United Fruit Company in the 1954 coup d'etat in Guatemala.
