【摘要】： 在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)俄共(布)奪取和執(zhí)掌政權(quán)的過(guò)程中，列寧圍繞共產(chǎn)黨要不要執(zhí)政、為準(zhǔn)執(zhí)政、如何執(zhí)政、怎樣才能執(zhí)好政等問(wèn)題提出了一系列的思想主張，，這些思想主張構(gòu)成列寧共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想。本文在辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的指導(dǎo)下，運(yùn)用歷史文獻(xiàn)、歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一、歸納分析等方法，結(jié)合俄共(布)的執(zhí)政實(shí)踐，對(duì)列寧共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想進(jìn)行研究。研究?jī)?nèi)容包括列寧共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想形成的背景、列寧關(guān)于共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的思想主張，列寧共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的啟示。研究重點(diǎn)是列寧關(guān)于共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的思想主張。包括列寧關(guān)于俄共(布)必須實(shí)現(xiàn)從革命黨向執(zhí)政黨轉(zhuǎn)變的思想、列寧關(guān)于共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政本質(zhì)在于人民群眾管理國(guó)家的思想、列寧關(guān)于實(shí)現(xiàn)執(zhí)政黨黨內(nèi)民主決策的思想、列寧關(guān)于黨政職能分開(kāi)和實(shí)現(xiàn)依法執(zhí)政的思想、列寧關(guān)于協(xié)調(diào)執(zhí)政黨與其它階級(jí)、階層關(guān)系的思想、列寧關(guān)于執(zhí)政黨爭(zhēng)取群眾認(rèn)同與支持的思想、列寧關(guān)于鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位的思想、列寧關(guān)于執(zhí)政黨自身建設(shè)的思想。這些思想主張是列寧對(duì)俄共(布)執(zhí)政經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的初步總結(jié)，也從不同層面深刻揭示了共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的規(guī)律。列寧的共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政思想開(kāi)創(chuàng)了馬克思主義關(guān)于共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政理論的先河，對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政具有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of leading the Russian Communist Party (Brazzaville) to seize and take over political power, Lenin put forward a series of ideological proposals on whether the Communist Party should be in power, whether it should be in power, how to govern, and how to hold government well. These ideas constitute Lenin's Communist Party's ruling ideology. Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper studies Lenin's ruling thought of the Communist Party of Lenin by means of historical literature, unification of history and logic, induction and analysis, and combined with the ruling practice of the Russian Communist Party. The contents of the study include the background of Lenin's ruling thought of Communist Party, Lenin's idea of ruling the Communist Party, and the enlightenment of Lenin's ruling thought of Communist Party of China to the ruling of Communist Party of China. The focus of the study is Lenin's ideas about the Communist Party in power. Including Lenin's idea that the Russian Communist Party (Brazzaville) must transform from the revolutionary party to the ruling party, Lenin's thought that the essence of the Communist Party in power lies in the management of the country by the people, and Lenin's thought on the realization of democratic decision-making within the ruling party. Lenin's thought on separating party and government functions and realizing ruling by law, Lenin's thought on coordinating the relationship between the ruling party and other classes and strata, and Lenin's thought on winning the party's approval and support from the masses, Lenin's thought about consolidating the ruling position of the Party, Lenin's thought about the ruling party's own construction. These ideas are a preliminary summary of Lenin's experience and lessons from the ruling of the Communist Party of Russia (Brazzaville), and also reveal the ruling law of the Communist Party from different aspects. Lenin's ruling thought of the Communist Party initiated the Marxist theory of the ruling of the Communist Party, which has important enlightenment significance for the ruling of the Communist Party of China.
