【摘要】：從1949年7月法國控制下的保大政權(quán)成立,到1954年8月日內(nèi)瓦會議后法國退出印支,臺灣當(dāng)局欲"承認(rèn)"越南而不得。臺灣當(dāng)局先是選擇以法方為主要交涉對象。在遭到冷遇后,試圖避開法國,直接建立對越關(guān)系。但不久又否定這一想法。法方力求拖延,使臺終未能與半獨立的保大政權(quán)"建交"。在法國的敷衍阻撓之下,臺灣當(dāng)局以為日內(nèi)瓦協(xié)定之后,"承認(rèn)"保大便無問題,終致1954年8、9月間復(fù)被越南尋以借口一再拖延的尷尬局面。
[Abstract]:From the establishment of the Bulgarian regime under French control in July 1949 to the withdrawal of France from Indochina after the Geneva Conference in August 1954, the Taiwan authorities wanted to "recognize" Vietnam. The Taiwan authorities first chose the French side as the main object of negotiation. In the cold reception, trying to avoid France, directly establish relations with Vietnam. But soon the idea was rejected. The French side tried to delay Taiwan's failure to establish diplomatic relations with the semi-independent Baoda regime. Under the perfunctory hindrance of France, the Taiwan authorities thought that after the Geneva Agreement, "acknowledging" that there was no problem in protecting their bowels, it eventually led to the embarrassing situation of being repeatedly delayed by Vietnam in August and September 1954.
