【摘要】：近代以來,美國一直以主角的身份參與到東北亞的國際事務(wù)中,對東北亞國際關(guān)系的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。20世紀(jì)三十年代,日本法西斯勢力崛起并不斷向外侵略擴張,試圖建立由他主導(dǎo)的亞洲“門羅主義”。日本的舉動嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了美國的利益,打破了美國在遠東——太平洋地區(qū)苦心經(jīng)營并維系的華盛頓體系。面對這樣一個復(fù)雜的局勢,美國羅斯福政府會采取什么樣的對策,他為什么會采取這樣的政策,這些政策的利弊得失是什么,最終又會帶來什么樣的影響。本文正是在這些問題的引導(dǎo)下,試圖對此階段的美國東北亞政策做一些有裨益的研究工作
[Abstract]:Since modern times, the United States has been participating in the international affairs of Northeast Asia as the protagonist, which has had an important impact on the development of international relations in Northeast Asia. In the 1930s, the Japanese fascist forces rose and continued to invade and expand outwards. He tried to establish a "Monroe doctrine" in Asia. Japan's actions seriously hurt American interests and broke the Washington system that the United States painstakingly operated and maintained in the far East-Pacific. In the face of such a complicated situation, what countermeasures would the Roosevelt administration take, why he would adopt such policies, what the pros and cons of these policies would be, and what the final impact would be. Under the guidance of these problems, this paper tries to do some beneficial research work on the American Northeast Asia policy at this stage.
