【摘要】： 列寧關(guān)于社會(huì)主義國(guó)家發(fā)展對(duì)外關(guān)系主要是經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的一系列思想及其珍貴實(shí)踐，是列寧社會(huì)主義建設(shè)思想與實(shí)踐的重要組成部分，也是毛澤東對(duì)外關(guān)系思想、鄧小平對(duì)外開(kāi)放理論、黨的新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開(kāi)放一系列新舉措的重要思想來(lái)源。 本文從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)列寧的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家發(fā)展對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的思想展開(kāi)論述。 第一部分是追溯，講述馬克思和恩格斯關(guān)于人類(lèi)發(fā)展普遍的社會(huì)交往的思想。 第二部分是本文的重點(diǎn)，主要闡述列寧關(guān)于發(fā)展社會(huì)主義對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的思想，，包括社會(huì)主義國(guó)家對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的必要性、可能性；社會(huì)主義國(guó)家對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系堅(jiān)持的原則及其基本內(nèi)容的思想；社會(huì)主義國(guó)家對(duì)外開(kāi)放的具體措施和對(duì)外開(kāi)放的偉大意義。 第三部分是講述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)列寧關(guān)于社會(huì)主義國(guó)家對(duì)外關(guān)系思想的借鑒與發(fā)展。包括毛澤東對(duì)外關(guān)系思想、鄧小平對(duì)外開(kāi)放思想、黨的新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體對(duì)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家對(duì)外開(kāi)放思想的新探索和新實(shí)踐、最后從五個(gè)方面論述了在新世紀(jì)新階段對(duì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展對(duì)外開(kāi)放的思考。
[Abstract]:Lenin's thoughts and precious practice on the development of the socialist country's foreign relations are mainly economic relations. It is an important part of Lenin's thought and practice of socialist construction. It is also the idea of Mao Zedong's foreign relations, Deng Xiaoping's opening to the outside world, and a series of new measures to open up the new generation of leadership by the party's new generation of leaders. This article discusses Lenin's socialist country's thought of developing foreign economic relations from the following aspects.
The first part traces back to Marx and Engels's Thoughts on the general social interaction of human development.
The second part is the focus of this article. It mainly expounds Lenin's Thoughts on the development of socialist foreign economic relations, including the necessity and possibility of the socialist country's external economic relations, the principle and the basic content of the socialist country's external economic relations, the concrete measures for the opening of the socialist country and its opening to the outside world. The third part is about the reference and development of the Chinese Communists on Lenin's Thoughts on the external relations of socialist countries, including the ideas of Mao Zedong's external relations, Deng Xiaoping's opening to the outside world, the new exploration and new practice of the new generation of leadership by the party's new generation of leadership on the opening of the socialist country.
