【摘要】： 蘇聯(lián)解體后，俄羅斯仍然是世界大國、多極格局中的重要一極，是世界政治和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)變化、發(fā)展的一個不可或缺的角色。當(dāng)今世界，軍事安全越來越退居次要地位，而非軍事安全因素包括能源安全因素逐漸占據(jù)主要地位。俄羅斯地跨歐亞兩大洲，重要的地緣政治地位和豐富的油氣資源使俄羅斯在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)安全和政治穩(wěn)定方面具有舉足輕重的地位。因此，俄羅斯的能源外交政策的制定及實(shí)施備受國際社會關(guān)注。本文主要對普京時期能源外交的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了詳盡的敘述。文章在結(jié)構(gòu)上分為六個部分： 緒論部分，簡要介紹了能源外交的概念和選題的意義，分析了目前國內(nèi)外對俄羅斯能源外交的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第一章，分析了普京時期俄羅斯實(shí)施能源外交的背景。 第二章，介紹了俄羅斯的能源戰(zhàn)略和對外能源政策，具體論述了普京時期能源外交的特點(diǎn)。 通過第三章、第四章對俄羅斯能源外交的制約因素和實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析，對俄羅斯能源外交開展的利弊有了更明晰的認(rèn)識，并在第五章進(jìn)一步對俄羅斯能源外交的未來走向進(jìn)行預(yù)測分析。
[Abstract]:After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia is still a big country in the world, an important pole in the multipolar pattern, and an indispensable role in the development of world politics and global economy.In today's world, military security is becoming more and more secondary, and non-military security factors, including energy security factors, are gradually occupying the dominant position.The important geopolitical status and abundant oil and gas resources make Russia play an important role in global economic security and political stability.Therefore, the formulation and implementation of Russia's energy foreign policy has attracted the attention of the international community.This article has carried on the detailed narration to the Putin period energy diplomacy implementation.The structure of the article is divided into six parts:In the introduction part, it briefly introduces the concept of energy diplomacy and the significance of the topic, and analyzes the current research situation of Russian energy diplomacy at home and abroad.The first chapter analyzes the background of Russia's energy diplomacy during Putin's period.The second chapter introduces Russia's energy strategy and foreign energy policy, and discusses the characteristics of Putin's energy diplomacy.Through the third chapter, the fourth chapter analyzes the restriction factors and the implementation effect of Russian energy diplomacy, and has a clearer understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of Russian energy diplomacy.In the fifth chapter, the future trend of Russian energy diplomacy is forecasted and analyzed.
