【摘要】： 古代雅典的“公民權(quán)”是希臘歷史上一個(gè)重要的政治概念，它在我們對(duì)希臘城邦的政治制度、社會(huì)生活、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行研究和闡釋的時(shí)候，有著至關(guān)重要的意義。本文在全面分析公民權(quán)概念的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合其他古典作家和后世學(xué)者的研究成果，，就希臘城邦特別是雅典公民權(quán)的起源問(wèn)題做初步探索。 這一研究主要理論依據(jù)是：歷史過(guò)程內(nèi)在的一致性。認(rèn)同歷史的發(fā)展是有序的和連貫的。本研究假設(shè)公民權(quán)是阿提卡地區(qū)長(zhǎng)期歷史發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，筆者力圖分析并初步確定公民權(quán)產(chǎn)生發(fā)展的階段性特征。 全文由緒論、正文、附錄和參考文獻(xiàn)四部分組成。其中正文分為七章。 第一章，論述邁錫尼文明時(shí)期權(quán)利現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。主要是探索邁錫尼文明中權(quán)利現(xiàn)象的宗教淵源。通過(guò)分析希臘早期社會(huì)組織(氏族、胞族、部落)的宗教傳統(tǒng)與習(xí)俗，討論宗教祭祀活動(dòng)對(duì)政治生活的影響。古人的宗教信仰與對(duì)祖先的祭祀將全家人聚集于祭壇旁，這成為個(gè)人權(quán)利及公共組織產(chǎn)生的重要淵源，也與原始權(quán)利義務(wù)、所有權(quán)、繼承權(quán)有較為密切的關(guān)系； 第二、三章，討論雅典公民權(quán)與早期國(guó)家的共生關(guān)系，主要論及阿提卡地區(qū)統(tǒng)一過(guò)程中公民身份的萌芽、荷馬時(shí)期的“人民大會(huì)”和“長(zhǎng)老會(huì)”、私有制的發(fā)展及其影響； 第四、五兩章主要分析雅典的民主制改革與公民權(quán)的發(fā)展。主要論及公民的土地占有、政治參與以及公民權(quán)的登記制度和公民權(quán)的維護(hù)； 第六章，論述雅典婦女沒(méi)有公民權(quán)的事實(shí)，并對(duì)雅典公民政治體系中婦女被邊緣化的原因進(jìn)行了探討； 第七章，結(jié)語(yǔ)。
[Abstract]:"Citizenship" in ancient Athens is an important political concept in the history of Greece. It is of great significance in the study and interpretation of the political system, social life and economic operation of the Greek city-states.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the concept of citizenship and the research results of other classical writers and later scholars, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the origin of the Greek city-states, especially the Athenian citizenship.The main theoretical basis of this study is: the internal consistency of the historical process.The development of identity history is orderly and coherent.This study assumes that citizenship is the product of long-term historical development in Attica. The author tries to analyze and preliminarily determine the stage characteristics of the development of citizenship.The full text consists of four parts: introduction, text, appendix and reference.The text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter discusses the occurrence of the phenomenon of right in the period of Mycenaean civilization.It mainly explores the religious origin of the phenomenon of right in the Mycenaean civilization.By analyzing the religious traditions and customs of the early Greek social organizations (clan, phratry and tribe), the influence of religious sacrifice on political life was discussed.The religious beliefs of the ancients and the sacrifices to their ancestors gathered the whole family beside the altar, which became an important source of individual rights and public organizations, and also had close relations with the original rights and obligations, ownership and inheritance rights;The second and third chapters discuss the symbiotic relationship between Athenian citizenship and the early countries, mainly on the germination of citizenship in the unification of Attica, the people's Assembly and Presbyterian Church in Homer period, and the development and influence of private ownership.The fourth and fifth chapters mainly analyze the democratic reform and the development of citizenship in Athens.Mainly discusses the citizen's land occupation, the political participation as well as the citizenship registration system and the citizenship safeguard;The sixth chapter discusses the fact that Athenian women do not have citizenship rights, and discusses the reasons for the marginalization of women in Athens civil political system.Chapter VII, conclusion.
