【摘要】：19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,俄國石油工業(yè)壟斷形成并獲得快速發(fā)展。這主要是股份制公司的建立和推廣、各企業(yè)之間激烈的自由競爭、外國資本的滲入及銀行資本與工業(yè)資本的融合等因素,共同促進(jìn)了俄國石油工業(yè)中生產(chǎn)和資本的空前集中,為壟斷的形成提供了必要條件。在這一時(shí)期,卡特爾、辛迪加和托拉斯三種類型石油壟斷組織先后建立并開展了廣泛的活動,即通過建立石油及其產(chǎn)品的壟斷價(jià)格攫取高額壟斷利潤;極力反對國家調(diào)控石油價(jià)格;積極參與爭奪世界石油市場。這些活動給俄國石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了雙重影響,既有正面的促進(jìn)作用,也有負(fù)面的抑制作用,從而使石油工業(yè)生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)出發(fā)展與停滯兩種趨勢同時(shí)并存、相互交替的局面。
[Abstract]:At the end of 19 th century and the beginning of 20 th century, the monopoly of Russian petroleum industry was formed and developed rapidly.These factors, such as the establishment and promotion of joint-stock companies, the fierce free competition among enterprises, the infiltration of foreign capital and the integration of bank capital and industrial capital, together promoted the unprecedented concentration of production and capital in the Russian oil industry.It provides the necessary conditions for the formation of monopoly.In this period, cartel, syndicate and trust have established and carried out extensive activities successively, that is, seizing high monopoly profit by establishing monopoly price of oil and its products.Strongly opposed to state regulation of oil prices; actively participate in the world oil market.These activities have brought double influence to the development of Russian petroleum industry, which not only has positive promoting effect but also has negative restraining effect, so that the oil industry production presents two kinds of trends of development and stagnation, which coexist and alternate with each other at the same time.
