【摘要】： 第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之后,杜魯門政府奉行擴(kuò)張主義。二戰(zhàn)剛剛結(jié)束,美國就排斥蘇聯(lián)和英國在軍事上獨(dú)占日本。1947年,杜魯門主義的出臺,標(biāo)志著美蘇“冷戰(zhàn)”的正式開始。隨后,美國對蘇聯(lián)實(shí)行全面的“遏制”政策,與蘇聯(lián)在全球范圍內(nèi)展開爭霸競賽。為了在爭霸中取勝,杜魯門政府出臺各種外交政策、開展各種外交活動,這些政策和活動也就具體地構(gòu)成了美國全球戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,而在這些外交政策和活動中,我們都可以看到美國“價(jià)值觀”的影子。事實(shí)上,“價(jià)值觀輸出”正是美國全球擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。 美國的“價(jià)值觀輸出”內(nèi)容極為豐富,主要包括兩大部分,一是“輸出民主”,一是“輸出文化”。在“冷戰(zhàn)”這一特殊背景下,杜魯門時(shí)期美國“價(jià)值觀輸出”以“輸出民主”為主。在理清“價(jià)值觀輸出”的概念、途徑和方式之后,本文著重論述了杜魯門時(shí)期“輸出民主”的主要內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)一步歸納其特點(diǎn),指出了主要?dú)v史影響。全文共分三個(gè)部分: 第一部分是引言。主要介紹了本文的研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分是正文。共分三個(gè)方面。一是對美國“價(jià)值觀輸出”的概念進(jìn)行了界定。二是對杜魯門時(shí)期美國“價(jià)值觀輸出”的途徑和方式進(jìn)行了歸納。三是重點(diǎn)論述了杜魯門時(shí)期美國“價(jià)值觀輸出”的主要內(nèi)容,概括了其特點(diǎn),探討了相關(guān)歷史影響。 第三部分是結(jié)語。主要對美國“價(jià)值觀輸出”的作用和影響進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)揮表述。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the Truman government pursued expansionism.Just after World War II, the United States excluded the Soviet Union and Britain from occupying Japan militarily. In 1947, the introduction of Truman Doctrine marked the beginning of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union.Subsequently, the United States carried out a comprehensive "containment" policy against the Soviet Union and engaged in a global competition for hegemony with the Soviet Union.In order to win in the struggle for hegemony, the Truman government issued various foreign policies and carried out various diplomatic activities. These policies and activities specifically constituted the implementation of the US global strategy, and in these foreign policies and activities,We can all see the shadow of American "values".In fact, the export of values is an important part of America's global expansion strategy.American "export of values" contains two parts, one is "exporting democracy", the other is "exporting culture".Under the special background of Cold War, American "value export" in Truman period was mainly "exporting democracy".After clarifying the concept, ways and means of "export of values", this paper focuses on the main contents of "exporting democracy" in Truman period, and further summarizes its characteristics and points out the main historical influence.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research significance, research status, research content and innovation.The second part is the text.There are three aspects.The first is to define the concept of "value export" in the United States.The second is to sum up the ways and means of American "value output" in Truman period.Thirdly, it discusses the main contents of American "value output" in Truman period, summarizes its characteristics and discusses the relevant historical influence.The third part is the conclusion.It mainly expresses the function and influence of American value export.
