【摘要】：公元前403年雅典大赦是古代希臘政治文化史上的一次重要事件。文中較為系統(tǒng)地梳理了西方古典學(xué)者對雅典大赦歷史的研究狀況與路徑,指出19世紀(jì)以來,米特福德、格羅特、莫塞、阿特金森等西方古典學(xué)者從雅典人的品格以及當(dāng)時雅典社會的內(nèi)外形勢探討了雅典大赦及其獲得成功的原因。隨著20世紀(jì)七八十年代西方史學(xué)的文化轉(zhuǎn)向,洛侯等人嘗試從人類學(xué)的路徑解釋雅典大赦與歷史記憶的關(guān)系。近年來卡拉萬對雅典大赦的思考打破了傳統(tǒng)解釋模式的束縛,從法律語境的視角考察與分析了這一重要?dú)v史事件;喬伊斯對卡拉萬觀點(diǎn)的批判則從語言的角度維護(hù)了從政治寬恕的層面解釋雅典大赦的傳統(tǒng)。研究雅典大赦與政治和解具有助于人們深入了解雅典民主政制的發(fā)展進(jìn)程與政治寬恕的傳統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Athenian amnesty in 403 BC is an important event in the history of ancient Greek politics and culture. This paper systematically combs the research status and path of western classical scholars on the history of Athens amnesty, and points out that since 19th century, Mitford, Grothe, Mercer, Atkinson and other Western classical scholars discussed Athens amnesty and the reasons for its success from the character of Athenians and the internal and external situation of Athenian society at that time. With the cultural turn of western historiography in the 1970s and 1980s in 20th century, Luo Hou and others tried to explain the relationship between Athens amnesty and historical memory from an anthropological perspective. In recent years, Karawan's thinking on Athens amnesty has broken the shackles of the traditional interpretation model. This important historical event is investigated and analyzed from the perspective of legal context. Joyce's critique of Caravan's view maintains the tradition of interpreting Athens amnesty from the perspective of political forgiveness. The study of Athens amnesty and political reconciliation can help people to understand the development of Athenian democracy. The tradition of process and political forgiveness.
