【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束初期,美日之間進(jìn)行了秘密交易,美國(guó)以豁免七三一部隊(duì)成員戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任為條件,得到了七三一部隊(duì)進(jìn)行人體實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)菌實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)、毒氣實(shí)驗(yàn)等數(shù)據(jù)資料。1999—2007年,美國(guó)分批分次解密了日本細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)檔案,這些檔案包括石井四郎等人的供述、美軍的問(wèn)訊記錄、七三一部隊(duì)成員提供的文件資料,以及駐日美軍同美國(guó)國(guó)防部、聯(lián)合參謀部之間的往來(lái)電文。這些英文檔案是繼日文、中文檔案之后的重要證據(jù),既有重大的學(xué)術(shù)研究?jī)r(jià)值,又有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,是國(guó)內(nèi)所藏相關(guān)資料的重要補(bǔ)充,豐富了學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于日本細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)知。通過(guò)分析二戰(zhàn)后美軍對(duì)石井四郎的調(diào)查過(guò)程和內(nèi)容,對(duì)七三一部隊(duì)的醫(yī)學(xué)犯罪和細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)活動(dòng)有了新的發(fā)現(xiàn),揭露了美軍掩蓋七三一部隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任并與其開(kāi)展秘密交易的過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of World War II, the United States and Japan made a secret trade. The United States, under the condition of exempting the members of 731 troops from war responsibility, obtained data from 731 troops for human experiments, bacteriological experiments, bacteriological warfare, and poisonous gas experiments. 1999-2007. The United States has declassified the files of Japanese bacteriological warfare in batches. These files include statements by Ishii and others, interrogation records of the US military, documents provided by members of the 731 troops, as well as documents provided by the US military in Japan and the US Department of Defense. These English files are important evidence after the Japanese and Chinese archives, which have important academic research value and important practical significance, and are an important supplement to the relevant information stored in China. It has enriched the academic community's understanding of the issue of Japanese bacteriological warfare. Through the analysis of the investigation process and content of Ishihara conducted by the US military after World War II, new discoveries have been made on the medical crimes and bacteriological warfare activities of the 731 troops. It exposed the US military's cover-up of the 731 unit's war responsibility and the conduct of a secret deal with it.
