【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,世界范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了數(shù)以千萬(wàn)計(jì)的難民。為了滿足冷戰(zhàn)需求,詆毀社會(huì)主義國(guó)家形象,顯示資本主義制度的"優(yōu)越性",大量接收來(lái)自社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的難民成為美國(guó)在這一時(shí)期的首要選擇。從1948年第一部難民法的出臺(tái),到20世紀(jì)50年代頒布的一系列難民法案,無(wú)不建立在美國(guó)強(qiáng)烈的反共意識(shí)形態(tài)基礎(chǔ)之上。由此不難看出,難民政策與美國(guó)的對(duì)外強(qiáng)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略一致并為其服務(wù)的。
[Abstract]:After the end of the second World War, tens of millions of refugees appeared around the world. In order to meet the needs of the cold war and to denigrate the image of socialist countries, Showing the "superiority" of the capitalist system, hosting large numbers of refugees from socialist countries became the first choice for the United States during this period. From the first refugee law in 1948 to the enactment of a series of refugee acts in 1950s, It is not difficult to see that the refugee policy is consistent with and serves the United States' foreign power strategy.
