【摘要】：雅典一直以來被認(rèn)為是古希臘最具代表性的城市。因此,可以說雅典的繁榮是整個(gè)希臘世界的繁榮。古希臘城邦孕育了最早的公民觀念,公民與城邦互相依存,城邦是公民共同體,一方面民主政治制度為公民提供制度上的保障,同時(shí)高素質(zhì)的公民群體又為民主制度提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。離開了雅典公民的相應(yīng)制度,城邦就不可能存在,也不可能存在所謂的公民。同時(shí),我們還應(yīng)該意識(shí)到雅典民主政治制度存在一定的局限性。雖然古希臘雅典的民主政治在思想上、制度上和實(shí)踐中都達(dá)到了那個(gè)時(shí)代的最高水平,成為了后世民主大廈的基礎(chǔ),但它還是不可避免地走向了衰亡。 商品經(jīng)濟(jì)是古代雅典的經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈,在商品貿(mào)易中培養(yǎng)和鍛煉了雅典公民勇于冒險(xiǎn)、追求自由的精神,雅典公民的經(jīng)濟(jì)素養(yǎng)隨之產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。民主政治是雅典公民素養(yǎng)的基石,在城邦民主的氛圍之下,雅典公民最早擁有了公民意識(shí),在參與政治活動(dòng)的過程中,培養(yǎng)了雅典公民政治和法律方面的素養(yǎng)。公民教育領(lǐng)域是古希臘留給西方文明的精髓之處,是提高雅典公民素養(yǎng)最行之有效的方法和措施,為提高和優(yōu)化雅典公民的綜合素養(yǎng)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)和平臺(tái)。 本文通過雅典社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、和教育方面的闡述,系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)和呈現(xiàn)出雅典民主制度下的公民素養(yǎng)的特點(diǎn)和形成條件。雅典公民具有全新和理性的思維方式、重視自身的修為,充滿了對知識(shí)的渴求,他們追求美、智慧、自由等難得的價(jià)值取向。在教育實(shí)施的作用下去追求“優(yōu)能”的品質(zhì)。這一切都為雅典公民素養(yǎng)的形成提供了必要的歷史條件。
[Abstract]:Athens has long been regarded as the most representative city in ancient Greece. Therefore, it can be said that the prosperity of Athens is the prosperity of the whole Greek world. The ancient Greek city-state gave birth to the earliest concept of citizenship, and citizens and city-states depend on each other. The city-state is a community of citizens. On the one hand, the democratic political system provides the citizens with institutional protection, while the high-quality group of citizens provides a solid social foundation for the democratic system. The polis cannot exist, nor can there be any so-called citizens. At the same time, we should also realize that there are certain limitations in the Athenian democratic political system. The system and practice have reached the highest level of that era and become the foundation of the later democratic edifice, but it inevitably decays. Commodity economy is the economic lifeline of ancient Athens. In the trade of commodities, the Athenian citizens have the courage to take risks and pursue the spirit of freedom, and the economic literacy of Athenian citizens has come into being and developed. Democracy is the cornerstone of Athenian civil literacy. In the atmosphere of city-state democracy, the citizens of Athens first possessed a sense of citizenship, and in the process of participating in political activities, they cultivated the political and legal literacy of Athens. The field of civic education was the quintessence of ancient Greece for Western civilization. It is the most effective method and measure to improve Athenian citizen's accomplishment, which lays a good foundation and platform for improving and optimizing Athens citizen's comprehensive accomplishment. Through the elaboration of the economy, politics and education of Athens society, this paper systematically summarizes and presents the characteristics and forming conditions of the civic literacy under the Athenian democracy. The Athenian citizens have a new and rational way of thinking. Attach importance to their own practice, full of the desire for knowledge, they pursue beauty, wisdom, Freedom and other rare value orientations. pursuing the quality of "superior ability" under the action of education, all of these provide necessary historical conditions for the formation of Athenian citizenship.
