【摘要】：19世紀(jì)60年代，英美企業(yè)在其本國和西歐地區(qū)的市場已經(jīng)基本開發(fā)完畢，帝俄市場成為其開發(fā)海外市場的下一個目標(biāo)。19世紀(jì)六七十年代，由于帝俄引進(jìn)外資的政策尚不明朗，英美企業(yè)在帝俄進(jìn)行小規(guī)模的產(chǎn)品銷售。19世紀(jì)八九十年代，尤其是維特任財政大臣期間，著重發(fā)展重工業(yè)，提高保護(hù)性關(guān)稅，使得向俄國輸入資本比輸入商品獲利更多。英美企業(yè)也從小規(guī)模的產(chǎn)品銷售，到逐漸建立起了完善的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)，并在帝俄直接投資設(shè)廠生產(chǎn)。到20世紀(jì)初，英美企業(yè)在帝俄市場的一些領(lǐng)域占據(jù)顯著優(yōu)勢，取得了不俗業(yè)績，同時也對帝俄產(chǎn)生了一些影響。本文主要使用英美企業(yè)檔案、英美領(lǐng)事報告以及相關(guān)英文論文，，對英美企業(yè)在帝俄晚期的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動進(jìn)行分析，并對其影響作出評價。
[Abstract]:In 1860s, British and American enterprises basically developed their markets in their own countries and in Western Europe, and the Russian market became the next target for them to develop overseas markets. In the 1960s and 1970s, due to the unclear policy of introducing foreign capital into Russia, British and American enterprises selling small scale products in Russia. In the 1980s and 1990s, especially during Witte's tenure as Chancellor of the Exchequer, the British and American enterprises focused on developing heavy industry and raising protective tariffs. As a result, capital was imported to Russia for more profit than imported goods. British and American enterprises also sold products on a small scale, gradually established a sound sales network, and set up factories and production in Russia directly. By the beginning of 20th century, British and American enterprises have occupied significant advantages in some areas of the Russian and imperialist market, have achieved good results, and have also had some influence on Russia. This paper mainly uses Anglo-American corporate archives, Anglo-American consular reports and related English articles. This paper analyzes the economic activities of British and American enterprises in the late period of Russia and emperor, and evaluates its influence.
