【摘要】： 進入二十一世紀(jì)后,菲律賓的摩洛分離主義運動不但沒有新的轉(zhuǎn)機,反而在國際恐怖主義的影響下,顯現(xiàn)出新特征。與此同時,沉寂了多年的泰南馬來穆斯林分離主義運動也在國內(nèi)外各種因素的相互作用下復(fù)蘇,并展現(xiàn)出新姿態(tài)。摩洛分離主義運動與馬來穆斯林分離主義運動的發(fā)展,不僅有著深刻的歷史淵源,而且與政府的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化政策有著密切聯(lián)系。 戰(zhàn)后,在泰國政府的努力下,馬來穆斯林分離主義運動于上世紀(jì)八十年代逐步走入低潮,而菲律賓的摩洛分離主義運動卻一直持續(xù)著,對菲律賓發(fā)展造成了不利影響。然而,進入新世紀(jì),在諸多因素的相互激蕩下,馬來穆斯林分離主義運動又再次出現(xiàn)在人們視野內(nèi),并引起了國際社會的廣泛關(guān)注。 究竟是什么原因造成了上世紀(jì)摩洛分離主義運動與馬來穆斯林分離主義運動的不同走向呢?又是什么原因?qū)е埋R來穆斯林分離主義運動再次復(fù)蘇呢?本文試圖通過概述、比較和分析兩國穆斯林分離主義運動的起源與發(fā)展,對此進行解釋。這不僅具有重要的理論價值,而且蘊含著積極的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容如下: 緒論部分介紹本文選題的意義、理論框架和相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究成果。第一章主要介紹菲律賓摩洛分離主義運動與泰南馬來穆斯林分離主義運動產(chǎn)生的歷史根源。第二章主要從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等方面入手,介紹并比較戰(zhàn)后菲律賓與泰國政府對南部穆斯林的政策。第三章從組織規(guī)模、戰(zhàn)略方針和意識形態(tài)出發(fā),介紹菲律賓與泰國南部地區(qū)的主要穆斯林分離運動組織,并探求這些組織在各國穆斯林分離主義運動中發(fā)揮的作用。第四章著重介紹國際伊斯蘭世界對菲律賓和泰國南部穆斯林分離主義運動的影響。結(jié)束語總結(jié)全文。
[Abstract]:After 21th century, the Moro separatist movement in the Philippines not only did not take a new turn, but showed new characteristics under the influence of international terrorism. At the same time, The Malay Muslim separatist movement in southern Thailand, which has been silent for many years, has also recovered under the interaction of various factors at home and abroad, and has shown a new posture.; the development of the Moro separatist movement and the Malay Muslim separatist movement, Not only has the profound historical origin, but also has the close relation with the government politics, the economy, the cultural policy. After the war, with the efforts of the Thai government, the Malay Muslim separatist movement gradually entered a low tide in -20s, while the Philippine Moro separatist movement continued, which had a negative impact on the development of the Philippines. In the new century, under the mutual agitation of many factors, the Malay Muslim separatist movement appears again in the people's view, and has aroused the widespread concern of the international community. What is the reason for the different trends of the Moro separatist movement and the Malay Muslim separatist movement in 0th century? What is the reason for the revival of the Muslim separatist movement in Malaysia? This paper attempts to explain the origin and development of Muslim separatist movements in the two countries by summarizing, comparing and analyzing them, which not only has important theoretical value, but also contains positive practical significance. The main structure and contents of this article are as follows:. The introduction part introduces the significance of this topic, The first chapter mainly introduces the historical origin of the Moro separatist movement in the Philippines and the Malay Muslim separatist movement in southern Thailand. The second chapter mainly starts from the political, economic and cultural aspects. This chapter introduces and compares the policies of the Philippine and Thai governments towards southern Muslims after the war. Chapter three introduces the major Muslim separatist movements in the Philippines and southern Thailand from the perspective of organizational scale, strategic approach and ideology. Chapter 4th focuses on the impact of the international Islamic world on Muslim separatist movements in the Philippines and southern Thailand.
