【摘要】：法國政治文化中具有強大的排斥女性的傳統(tǒng),但同時法國歷史上又有大量女性攝政的現(xiàn)象存在,尤其是在近代早期的16-17世紀(jì),雖然亦有反對之聲,然而主流社會卻對此大力支持。若從當(dāng)時的文本材料出發(fā),探究這一看似矛盾的現(xiàn)象背后的成因會發(fā)現(xiàn),事實上,在性別話語的表象之下,關(guān)于國家主權(quán)與國王人身之間的關(guān)聯(lián)及其行使權(quán)的分配才是女性攝政問題的核心。這也是法國君主制發(fā)展至此階段的兩大特征所決定:"家國一體"的概念在政治文化中依然具有重大影響;與此同時,王權(quán)日趨強大與成熟。
[Abstract]:French political culture has a strong tradition of excluding women, but at the same time, there are a large number of female regent phenomena in the history of France, especially in the early 16-17 century of modern times, although there are also voices of opposition. However, the mainstream society strongly supports this. If we start from the text materials of the time, we will find that the causes behind this seemingly contradictory phenomenon are, in fact, under the appearance of gender discourse. It is the connection between national sovereignty and the king's body and the distribution of the right to exercise it that is the core of the question of female regency. This is also determined by the two characteristics of the French monarchy at this stage of its development: the concept of "the unity of the family and the state" in politics. Culture still has a significant impact; At the same time, Wang Quan is becoming stronger and more mature.
