【摘要】：關(guān)于奧古斯都元首政制問(wèn)題向來(lái)是中外學(xué)者所關(guān)注的學(xué)術(shù)問(wèn)題。文章主要從元首所擁有的"第一發(fā)言權(quán)"、"最高統(tǒng)治權(quán)"、"軍事統(tǒng)帥權(quán)"等權(quán)力,以及所獲得的"奧古斯都"、"祖國(guó)之父"等尊號(hào),論述了奧古斯都元首政制的幾個(gè)基本特征,并對(duì)元首政制確立的具體時(shí)間展開了探討,以期加深對(duì)羅馬共和制向帝制轉(zhuǎn)軌與帝制初期運(yùn)作特點(diǎn)等問(wèn)題的理解。
[Abstract]:The issue of the political system of Augustus heads of state has always been an academic issue of concern to Chinese and foreign scholars. This article mainly refers to the power of "first say", "supreme ruling power", "military commander-in-chief" and so on held by the head of state. As well as the "Augustus" and "Father of the motherland", etc., this paper discusses several basic features of the political system of the head of State of Augustus, and probes into the concrete time of the establishment of the political system of the head of State. In order to deepen the understanding of the Roman Republic to the monarchy and the characteristics of the initial operation of the monarchy and so on.
