【摘要】：嘉德騎士團(tuán)(the Order of the Garter)是西歐中世紀(jì)晚期歷史上一種獨(dú)特的騎士貴族集合體。愛德華三世基于自身經(jīng)歷、當(dāng)時(shí)英國現(xiàn)狀、中世紀(jì)騎士傳統(tǒng)等因素,在重建圓桌騎士失敗的情況下,創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)由軍功卓著的騎士和貴族組成的26人騎士精英集團(tuán)。騎士團(tuán)在元首的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在法律、章程的規(guī)范下,設(shè)置了極具特色的組織機(jī)構(gòu)及日常辦事人員,如圣喬治學(xué)院、救濟(jì)院、主教長、注冊官、掌印官等。嘉德騎士團(tuán)中最主要、最鮮明的主體是團(tuán)員,團(tuán)員中除初創(chuàng)者是被指定外,其余皆由選舉產(chǎn)生。選舉新團(tuán)員時(shí),推薦者及被推薦者都有嚴(yán)格要求且程序規(guī)定,而當(dāng)選的騎士團(tuán)團(tuán)員幾乎都是社會上有軍功、有威望的貴族和騎士。因此,入選該騎士團(tuán)不僅代表著某種身份,更是一種榮譽(yù)。由于團(tuán)員中囊括國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的騎士且這些騎士身份特殊,這使得騎士團(tuán)在其早期歷史中作為政治和外交角色,成為英國國王維系與國內(nèi)貴族及外國盟友關(guān)系的紐帶。
[Abstract]:The Order of the Garter is a unique collection of knights and aristocrats in the late Middle Ages of Western Europe. After the failure of the reconstruction of the Round Table Knight, a elite group of 26 knights composed of outstanding knights and nobles was created. The order of knights, under the leadership of the Fuehrer, under the rules of law and constitution, There are very special organizations and daily staff, such as St. George's College, the poorhouse, the Bishop, the Registrar, the Practitioner, etc. The chief and most prominent part of the order is the registrar, and the most prominent part of the order is the registrar, with the exception of the startups being appointed. The rest are elected by election. When electing new members, the referees and referrals have strict requirements and procedures, while the elected members of the order are almost all of the nobles and knights with military merit and prestige in the society. Therefore, The selection of the order represents not only a certain identity, but also an honor. The inclusion of outstanding knights from home and abroad and their special status made the order play a political and diplomatic role in its early history. To become the King of England to maintain ties with the domestic aristocrats and foreign allies.
