【摘要】： 戰(zhàn)俘問題一直以來都是國際上比較關(guān)注的問題,因?yàn)檫@不僅涉及到《國際法》和人道主義準(zhǔn)則,更涉及到人權(quán)和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)倫理。二戰(zhàn)中,日本除了犯下大屠殺、人體細(xì)菌試驗(yàn)、慰安婦等反人類罪行外,對(duì)待俘獲的盟軍戰(zhàn)俘的殘忍也是令人發(fā)指的。本文通過對(duì)在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中被日軍俘獲的盟軍戰(zhàn)俘的生產(chǎn)、生活,日本法西斯對(duì)待盟軍戰(zhàn)俘的政策和態(tài)度等方面的研究論述,對(duì)日本法西斯在二戰(zhàn)中所犯下罪行的另一方面進(jìn)行論證和揭發(fā),以《國際法》等理論武器,對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)述。
[Abstract]:The issue of prisoners of war has always been a matter of international concern, because it involves not only international law and humanitarian norms, but also human rights and the ethics of war. In World War II, in addition to committing massacres, Japan carried out human bacteriological tests. In addition to crimes against humanity, such as comfort women, the cruelty of treating captured Allied prisoners of war is also heinous. This paper deals with the production and life of Allied prisoners of war captured by Japanese forces during the war. The policy and attitude of Japanese fascists towards allied prisoners of war were discussed. The other side of the crimes committed by Japanese fascists in World War II were demonstrated and exposed, and the theoretical weapons such as International Law were reviewed.
