【摘要】：在古典時(shí)期的阿提卡地區(qū),德莫(demos)是基層的自治組織村社。但是受以城市為中心的城邦理論的影響,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)雅典鄉(xiāng)村以及德莫的關(guān)注力十分不夠。本文試圖通過(guò)回溯德莫的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、揭示德莫內(nèi)部的具體運(yùn)作以及德莫與城邦之間的關(guān)系,德莫在雅典城邦生活中的地位、作用,來(lái)繪制一幅關(guān)于古典時(shí)期阿提卡城市與鄉(xiāng)村風(fēng)貌的圖景,以期幫助我們形成對(duì)于雅典城邦是如何作為一個(gè)整體來(lái)運(yùn)作的認(rèn)識(shí)。本文由緒論、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)、參考文獻(xiàn)、后記五部分組成。正文部分共分為三章。第一章主要介紹了克里斯提尼改革之前阿提卡地區(qū)的歷史沿革、居民情況、政治建制以及改革之后阿提卡德莫設(shè)置的具體情況(數(shù)量、名稱(chēng)、規(guī)模、布局、部分德莫的情況)。第二章圍繞德莫如何實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部事務(wù)(政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、宗教)的管理,德莫長(zhǎng)在德莫日常運(yùn)作中所扮演的角色以及德莫實(shí)務(wù)給地方帶來(lái)的變化三方面展開(kāi)論述。第三章則探討了德莫作為雅典公民大會(huì)、五百人議事會(huì)和陪審法庭等機(jī)構(gòu)在地方上的“權(quán)力基礎(chǔ)”,是如何與城邦協(xié)作配合,又是如何相互牽制的,并進(jìn)一步分析了德莫與城邦之間的本質(zhì)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the Attica region of the Classical period, Demodemos was an autonomous community at the grass-roots level, but influenced by the city-centered city-state theory, The domestic scholars have not paid enough attention to the countryside of Athens and to Demo. This paper attempts to reveal the concrete operation of Demo and the relationship between Demo and the city-state by looking back at the historical development of Demo. The position and role of Demo in the life of the Athenian city-states to draw a picture of the city and countryside of Attica during the classical period. In order to help us to form the understanding of how the Athens city-state operates as a whole. The first chapter mainly introduces the history of Attica region before the Christinique reform, the situation of the residents, the political establishment and the specific situation of Atticadmo after the reform. Name, size, layout, part of Demo. Chapter two revolves around how Demo manages internal affairs (political, economic, religious), The role of Demo in the daily operation of Demo and the local changes brought about by the practice of Demo are discussed in the third chapter. The "power base" of institutions such as the council of 500 people and the jury court at the local level is how to cooperate with the city-states and how to restrain each other, and the essential relationship between Demo and the city-states is further analyzed.
