【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)結束后，隨著冷戰(zhàn)的爆發(fā)，美蘇兩個超級大國在全球展開激烈的利益爭斗。其中，歐洲是雙方的戰(zhàn)略重點，但實際上在雙方爭奪勢力范圍的過程中，廣大的第三世界國家也是雙方必爭之地。這樣，尼日利亞作為非洲舉足輕重的大國，其戰(zhàn)略重要性就凸現(xiàn)出來。 尼日利亞豐富的石油資源是美國爭奪的重點。美國采取經(jīng)濟援助的手段，逐漸擴大其在尼日利亞的影響力，隨即美國各大跨國石油公司紛紛到尼日利亞開掘新油井。尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后，美國利用比夫拉地區(qū)叛亂之際，扶植比夫拉地區(qū)的伊博族人建立親美政府，并以和談為條件，威逼聯(lián)邦軍政府讓渡權力給伊博族人，同時擴大對美國的開放程度。但由于尼聯(lián)邦軍政府對比夫拉地區(qū)的封鎖，美國給予比夫拉地區(qū)的援助沒有發(fā)揮預期的作用，最終在1970年聯(lián)邦軍政府戰(zhàn)勝比夫拉叛軍，重新控制了東部比夫拉地區(qū)，美國在尼日利亞的戰(zhàn)略意圖破滅了。本文主要以新解密的美國外交文件作為研究依據(jù)，筆者以為本選題的研究對于全面了解冷戰(zhàn)時期美國的非洲政策，探究美國對尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)的干涉及其利益目標，全面了解美國與尼日利亞的關系均有重要的學術參考價值和現(xiàn)實意義，亦有助于更好地剖析冷戰(zhàn)時期美國的全球戰(zhàn)略和美蘇在這一時期在第三世界的縱橫捭闔。 本文共分三個部分 第一部分：介紹尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)前的美國對尼日利亞政策，包括二戰(zhàn)后美國對非洲的政策和二戰(zhàn)后美國對尼日利亞的政策。 第二部分：介紹美國對尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)的政策，包括尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)與美國的對策，，內戰(zhàn)初期美國對尼日利亞的政策和內戰(zhàn)后期美國對尼日利亞的政策。 第三部分：評析美國對尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)政策及其影響，包括美國對尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)政策的評價和美國對尼日利亞內戰(zhàn)政策的影響。
[Abstract]:After the end of World War II, with the outbreak of the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union launched a fierce interest struggle in the world. Among them, Europe is the strategic focus of both sides, but in fact in the process of the two sides competing for the sphere of influence. The strategic importance of Nigeria as a major African power is highlighted. Nigeria's rich oil resources are the focus of American competition. The United States has gradually expanded its influence in Nigeria by means of economic aid. After the civil war broke out, the United States took advantage of the rebellion in the Bivra region to foster a pro-American government for the Igbo people in the Bivra region. Under the conditions of peace talks, the federal government was forced to cede power to the Igbo people, while at the same time expanding its openness to the United States, but because of the blockade of the Bivra area by the Nigerian federal government. U. S. aid to the Bivra region did not work as expected, and in 1970 the federal government defeated the Bivra rebels and regained control of the eastern region. The strategic intention of the United States in Nigeria has been dashed. This paper mainly takes the newly declassified American diplomatic documents as the research basis. The author thinks that the research of this topic is of great importance to the comprehensive understanding of American African policy during the Cold War period. It is of great academic reference value and practical significance to probe into the American intervention in the Nigerian Civil War and its interest goal, and to understand the relationship between the United States and Nigeria in an all-round way. It also helps to better analyze the global strategy of the United States during the Cold War and the manoeuvres of the United States and the Soviet Union in the third world during this period. This paper is divided into three parts The first part introduces the American policy towards Nigeria before the Civil War, including the American policy on Africa after World War II and the policy on Nigeria after World War II. The second part introduces the policy of the United States on the Nigerian civil war, including the outbreak of the Nigerian civil war and the countermeasures of the United States, the policy of the United States towards Nigeria at the beginning of the civil war and the policy of the United States towards Nigeria in the latter part of the civil war. The third part analyzes the American civil war policy and its influence on Nigeria, including its evaluation of Nigeria's civil war policy and its influence on Nigeria's civil war policy.
