【摘要】：本文研究的是江戶后期農(nóng)政實(shí)踐家二宮尊德(1787—1865)的推讓精神。推讓精神指的是留足今日的生活所須,將剩余用來行推讓。它的對象不僅是自己和家人,更強(qiáng)調(diào)的是對社會的讓渡。它在縮小貧富差距、緩解物質(zhì)精神發(fā)展不平衡帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、進(jìn)行災(zāi)后重建等多方面均發(fā)揮著無可替代的作用。然而,時(shí)至今日,關(guān)于推讓精神的系統(tǒng)性研究才剛剛起步；對其實(shí)踐性進(jìn)行的考察尚屬空白。 為彌補(bǔ)這一學(xué)術(shù)缺憾,本文以思想史知識為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合心理學(xué)觀點(diǎn),經(jīng)過實(shí)地調(diào)查,從形成、分析和發(fā)展三方面對推讓精神進(jìn)行全面、綜合性地考察。 在考察推讓精神的形成過程時(shí),筆者以二宮尊德的成長經(jīng)歷為切入點(diǎn),揭示出在外部因素的刺激與內(nèi)在思索的矛盾和調(diào)和中,催生出了推讓思想。在對推讓精神進(jìn)行分析時(shí),筆者圍繞推讓精神的三個(gè)特點(diǎn),即實(shí)踐性、長遠(yuǎn)效益性和普世價(jià)值展開論述,說明推讓精神是人人皆能參與的實(shí)踐,它著眼于長期效益,符合全人類的需求。最后,在考察推讓精神的發(fā)展時(shí),筆者首先論述了尊德的弟子們在后期報(bào)德運(yùn)動中為推讓精神的完善與普及所作出的貢獻(xiàn)。之后,為考察推讓精神在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大趨勢下蘊(yùn)含的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,筆者將目光鎖定企業(yè)建設(shè)和社會建設(shè)問題,經(jīng)過實(shí)地調(diào)查,發(fā)掘出在利益分配、企業(yè)定位和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展三個(gè)方面,推讓精神發(fā)揮了指導(dǎo)性作用,增強(qiáng)了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)和中小企業(yè)的競爭力,推動了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 綜上,筆者希望通過此文,為全面、系統(tǒng)地考察研究“推讓精神”及報(bào)德思想提供一個(gè)嶄新的視角。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the concession spirit of Edo's late agricultural and political practitioner Ergong Zongde (1787-1865). The push spirit refers to the need to keep enough of today's life. It not only aims at itself and his family, but also emphasizes the alienation of society. It reduces the gap between the rich and the poor and alleviates the economic crisis caused by the imbalance of material and spiritual development. The post-disaster reconstruction and other aspects are playing an irreplaceable role. However, the systematic research on the spirit of concession has just started. The investigation of its practicality is still blank. In order to make up for this academic deficiency, this paper, based on the knowledge of history of thought and the viewpoint of psychology, through field investigation, makes a comprehensive and comprehensive investigation of the spirit of pushing from three aspects: formation, analysis and development. In the study of the formation of the push spirit, the author of the growth experience of the second Gong Zunde as a starting point, revealed the external factors of stimulation and internal thinking in the contradiction and harmony. In the analysis of the spirit of push and concession, the author discusses the three characteristics of the spirit of push and concession, namely, practicality, long-term benefit and universal value. It shows that the spirit of pushing is a practice in which everyone can participate. It focuses on long-term benefits and meets the needs of all mankind. Finally, when examining the development of the spirit of pushing and giving. The author first discusses the contribution of the disciples of Zun de to the improvement and popularization of the spirit of pushing in the later period of the movement of reporting for virtue. Then, in order to investigate the application value of the spirit of pushing in the general trend of economic globalization. The author focuses on the problems of enterprise construction and social construction. Through field investigation, the author finds out that the spirit of giving way plays a guiding role in three aspects: benefit distribution, enterprise positioning and regional economic sustainable development. Enhance the competitiveness of traditional enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote regional economic development. To sum up, the author hopes to provide a new angle of view for the comprehensive and systematic study of "the spirit of pushing and giving way" and the thought of retribution to virtue through this article.
