【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間在給我們生活帶來極大便利的同時,也帶來了諸多新的問題和挑戰(zhàn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)是解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間發(fā)展帶來的國家利益沖突的基本原則。本文歸納分析了當前世界范圍內(nèi)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)持贊同、反對和認為不重要的三種觀點,并對重要的國際組織和世界主要國家對網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)的態(tài)度進行了綜述,以期達到對網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)現(xiàn)狀的客觀認識。
[Abstract]:Cyberspace not only brings us great convenience in life, but also brings many new problems and challenges. Network sovereignty is the basic principle to solve the conflict of national interests brought about by the development of cyberspace. This paper summarizes and analyzes three kinds of viewpoints which are agreed, opposed and unimportant to the network sovereignty in the world at present. It also summarizes the attitudes of important international organizations and major countries to network sovereignty in order to achieve an objective understanding of the status quo of network sovereignty.
