【摘要】：在我國(guó)追求以綜合國(guó)力提升為目標(biāo)的全面、持續(xù)和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,以及國(guó)家在領(lǐng)土外的活動(dòng)日漸突出的條件下,國(guó)家治理和發(fā)展的地理空間環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化,邊緣性區(qū)域問(wèn)題的影響日漸突出,形成了所謂的"邊疆熱"。在此過(guò)程中,國(guó)家視角的邊疆研究應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并呈異軍突起之勢(shì),引起廣泛關(guān)注。國(guó)家視角的邊疆研究,從國(guó)家的角度來(lái)看待和界定邊疆,把邊疆視為國(guó)家疆域的邊緣性區(qū)域,著眼于厘清各種特定歷史條件下的復(fù)雜邊疆現(xiàn)象和邊疆問(wèn)題的本質(zhì),揭示邊疆和邊疆問(wèn)題發(fā)展演變的規(guī)律,構(gòu)建邊疆和邊疆治理的闡釋理論,探索各種邊疆問(wèn)題的解決之道,提出解決邊疆問(wèn)題的政策建議,并以此服務(wù)于國(guó)家的邊疆治理。不過(guò),邊疆研究的國(guó)家視角并不排斥和否定邊疆研究其他視角的意義和價(jià)值,而是期待在國(guó)家視角與其他視角邊疆研究的共性的基礎(chǔ)上,共同構(gòu)建邊疆研究統(tǒng)一的基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái),共謀邊疆研究的發(fā)展,以期為國(guó)家的邊疆治理提供有效的知識(shí)供給。
[Abstract]:In the context of our country's pursuit of comprehensive, sustained and stable development with the objective of enhancing its overall national strength, as well as the increasingly prominent activities of the State outside its territory, the geospatial environment for national governance and development has undergone significant changes, The influence of marginal regional problems is becoming more and more prominent, forming the so-called "frontier fever". In this process, the frontier research from the state perspective emerged as the times require and took on the trend of emergence, which aroused widespread concern. The study of frontier from the perspective of the state looks upon and defines the frontier from the angle of the state, regards the frontier as the marginal region of the national territory, and focuses on clarifying the nature of the complex frontier phenomenon and the frontier problem under various specific historical conditions. This paper reveals the law of the development and evolution of the frontier and its problems, constructs the interpretation theory of the border and its governance, probes into the ways to solve the various problems of the frontier, puts forward some policy suggestions to solve the problems of the frontier, and serves for the administration of the border area of the country. However, the national perspective of frontier research does not exclude and negate the significance and value of other perspectives in frontier research, but looks forward to building a unified basic platform for border research on the basis of the commonness between the state perspective and the border research from other perspectives. Colluding with the development of frontier research in order to provide effective knowledge supply for national border governance.
