歷史事實判斷工具還是價值評價尺度——對史學領域“現(xiàn)代化”理論的質疑

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代化理論作為歷史認識的工具有力地推動了史學的發(fā)展,但是將現(xiàn)代化作為價值評價尺度卻造成了種種混亂,F(xiàn)代化在政府樹立目標、學術界塑造必然趨勢、社會幻想理想王國的作用下,被動充當衡量一切價值的尺度。然而,廣義現(xiàn)代化價值尺度無法確定合理的內(nèi)涵以及合適的外延;狹義現(xiàn)代化價值尺度忽視現(xiàn)代化道路的多樣性和現(xiàn)代社會的復雜性,人為將現(xiàn)代與傳統(tǒng)、西方與東方對立,都不具備價值尺度的資格。
[Abstract]:Modernization theory, as a tool of historical understanding, has promoted the development of historiography, but modernization as a criterion of value evaluation has caused various confusion. Modernization acts as a yardstick to measure all values passively under the action of the government to set the goal, the academic circles to shape the inevitable trend, and the ideal kingdom of social fantasy. However, the value scale of generalized modernization can not determine the reasonable connotation and proper extension. The narrow value scale of modernization neglects the diversity of modernization road and the complexity of modern society. Do not possess the qualification of value measure.
