“華夷秩序”研究的歷史演進(jìn)及其啟示

【摘要】：針對(duì)歷史上曾長(zhǎng)期主導(dǎo)東亞的華夷秩序,中外學(xué)者在研究方法和內(nèi)容上存在著很大區(qū)別。從內(nèi)容上講,西方國(guó)家和日朝越等國(guó)學(xué)者分別從華夷秩序與西方關(guān)系、華夷秩序內(nèi)部的華夷之辨角度來解釋其歷史邏輯。中國(guó)學(xué)者則經(jīng)歷了尊崇、質(zhì)疑、否定到重建等不同階段。從方法上看,歷史學(xué)研究注重解釋"是什么"的問題,而國(guó)際關(guān)系理論的研究則具有強(qiáng)烈的現(xiàn)實(shí)情懷,對(duì)史料的選擇性使用也招來很多批判。通過梳理華夷秩序研究中的觀點(diǎn)和方法,可以看出政治文化上高度的歧視性和統(tǒng)治結(jié)構(gòu)的松散,形成華夷秩序內(nèi)外部變化的重要線索。中國(guó)在參與和塑造未來國(guó)際和地區(qū)秩序的時(shí)候,也要與等級(jí)制的華夷觀劃清界限,堅(jiān)持古典華夷秩序中寶貴的高度靈活的協(xié)商規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Chinese and foreign scholars have great differences in research methods and contents in view of the long-term dominance of East Asia's order of China and Yi in history. In terms of content, scholars from Western countries, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and other countries explain their historical logic from the perspective of the relationship between the order of China and the West, and the differentiation of China and Yi within the order of China and Yi. Chinese scholars have gone through different stages, such as reverence, doubt, negation and reconstruction. From a methodological point of view, the study of history pays attention to the question of "what is", while the study of the theory of international relations has strong practical feelings, and the selective use of historical materials has attracted a lot of criticism. By combing the viewpoints and methods in the study of the order of China's Yi, we can see that the political culture is highly discriminatory and the ruling structure is loose, forming an important clue to the internal and external changes of the order of China's Yi and Yi. In participating in and shaping the future international and regional order, China should also draw a clear line with the hierarchical view of China's Yi, and adhere to the valuable and highly flexible negotiation norms in the classical order of China's Yi and Yi.
