【摘要】：全球化、后工業(yè)化意味著一個(gè)個(gè)性化時(shí)代的到來,社會(huì)構(gòu)成的多樣化、行動(dòng)者的多元化等,都在客觀上匯聚起一種個(gè)性化的力量。事實(shí)上,來自社會(huì)的多樣性需求以及面對(duì)危機(jī)事件的即時(shí)行動(dòng),都對(duì)工業(yè)社會(huì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、依規(guī)則而行構(gòu)成了挑戰(zhàn),要求彰顯個(gè)性。在人類的農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)歷史階段,由于人的自我意識(shí)尚未生成,并不存在普遍性的個(gè)性追求。工業(yè)化實(shí)現(xiàn)的人的解放為個(gè)性化提供了契機(jī),但是,在工業(yè)社會(huì)的建構(gòu)過程中,我們走的是一條通過規(guī)則治理社會(huì)以及在社會(huì)生活的每一個(gè)領(lǐng)域都確立起統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的道路,它使得人以及行動(dòng)的個(gè)性化仍然是可以想望卻不可企及的理想。20世紀(jì)后期以來,隨著社會(huì)顯現(xiàn)出高度復(fù)雜性和高度不確定性特征,個(gè)性化運(yùn)動(dòng)也處處彌漫開來。我們正在走進(jìn)個(gè)性化的時(shí)代,對(duì)個(gè)性的承認(rèn)和包容應(yīng)當(dāng)成為我們時(shí)代的主旋律。
[Abstract]:Globalization, post-industrialization means the arrival of a personalized era, the diversity of social composition, the diversification of actors, and so on. In fact, the need for diversity from society and immediate action in the face of crisis all pose a challenge to the standardization and rules-based behaviour of an industrial society. In the historical stage of human agricultural society, there is no universal pursuit of individuality because human self-consciousness has not yet been formed. The liberation of human beings realized by industrialization provides an opportunity for individuation. However, in the process of constructing an industrial society, we are following a road of governing society through rules and establishing a unified standard in every field of social life. Since the late 20th century, with the society showing the characteristics of high complexity and high uncertainty, personalized movement is everywhere. We are entering the era of individuation, the recognition and tolerance of individuality should be the main melody of our times.
