章太炎《春秋》學三變考論——兼論章氏“六經(jīng)皆史”說的本意

【摘要】:經(jīng)學消亡,其所述歷史"神話"被否定,經(jīng)學作為史料寄身于史學門下。按照中國學術(shù)"古今之變"的這一大線索來看,章太炎的"六經(jīng)皆史"說對于中國學術(shù)、思想的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型具有里程碑式的地位和意義。自新文化運動以來,后世學者基本上按照這一線索將章太炎以"六經(jīng)皆史"為要義的"古文經(jīng)學"進行一分為二的評說:一方面肯定章太炎破除由經(jīng)見道、通經(jīng)致用的經(jīng)學思維,將"六經(jīng)"歷史文獻化,使儒家六經(jīng)從神圣寶典下降到了古史資料地位。另一方面,又批評其"六經(jīng)皆史"之說終未能脫離儒家經(jīng)學的羈絆,仍為尊經(jīng)崇圣的觀念所困。這樣一種以"傳統(tǒng)/現(xiàn)代"為框架的二分法往往使我們忽略章太炎"古文經(jīng)學"形成發(fā)展的內(nèi)在軌跡和自身意圖,從而造成對章太炎學術(shù)思想的割裂和簡化。章太炎的《春秋》、《左傳》學是其"古文經(jīng)學"的主干,最能表現(xiàn)其"古文經(jīng)學"形成發(fā)展的內(nèi)在自身的思想軌跡。本文試圖追跡章氏《春秋》學的變化發(fā)展,并以《春秋》學為中心,考察其"六經(jīng)皆史"說的本意,提示其中值得重新審視的思想內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Because of the disappearance of Confucian classics, the mythology of history was denied, and the study of classics as historical materials was placed under the branch of historiography. According to the clue of Chinese academic "the change of ancient and modern", Zhang Taiyan's "six Classics are History" has a landmark status and significance for the modern transformation of Chinese academic and ideological. Since the New Cultural Movement, scholars of later generations have basically divided Zhang Taiyan's "Ancient Classics and Classics", which means "six Classics are History", into two according to this clue: on the one hand, he affirmed that Zhang Taiyan was able to break down the Tao of the Classics. The thinking of the Confucian classics which leads to the use of the classics makes the six Classics of Confucianism fall from the sacred treasure to the information status of ancient history. On the other hand, he criticized his theory of "six Classics as History", which failed to break away from the fetters of Confucian Classics, and was still trapped by the concept of respecting the scriptures and worshipping the saints. Such a dichotomy with the frame of "tradition / modern" often makes us ignore the inner track and its own intention of the formation and development of Zhang Taiyan's "Classical Classics", thus resulting in the separation and simplification of Zhang Taiyan's academic thought. Zhang Taiyan's "Spring and Autumn" and "Zuo Zhuan" are the backbone of his "Classical Classics", which can best express the inner thought track of the formation and development of his "Classical Classics". This paper attempts to trace the change and development of Zhang's "Spring and Autumn" study, and with the "Spring and Autumn" study as the center, examines the original meaning of his "six Classics are History" theory, and suggests that it is worth reexamining the ideological connotation.
