【摘要】：1917年俄國十月革命的一聲炮響引起了關(guān)心時(shí)事的張君勱的注意和興趣,此后,蘇俄(聯(lián))的變化發(fā)展一直是張君勱關(guān)注的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。通過自己親身實(shí)地的考察和對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于蘇俄(聯(lián))資料著作的研究思考,張君勱形成了自己獨(dú)立的蘇俄(聯(lián))觀。蘇俄(聯(lián))是一個(gè)以馬列主義為指導(dǎo)思想和實(shí)行無產(chǎn)階級專政的社會(huì)主義國家,而張君勱卻將蘇俄(聯(lián))放在其西方自由憲政主義和民主社會(huì)主義的思想框架體系中去進(jìn)行觀察和研究。由于蘇俄(聯(lián))的各方面政策和張氏本人的思想在不同歷史時(shí)期有著不同程度的改變,因此,從1917年到1949年的三十年里,張君勱對蘇俄(聯(lián))的認(rèn)識(shí)也有一個(gè)發(fā)展變化的過程。在政治領(lǐng)域,他對俄國十月革命持“左德右俄”的主張,對蘇俄(聯(lián))的政治體制幾乎一直保持否定批評的態(tài)度;而在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,他則由最初的批判戰(zhàn)時(shí)共產(chǎn)主義政策,發(fā)展為肯定新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的實(shí)施,進(jìn)而推崇和主張學(xué)習(xí)蘇聯(lián)的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)政策在文化領(lǐng)域,他始終反對蘇聯(lián)以馬克思主義和唯物史觀為代表的官方意識(shí)形態(tài)與思想文化專制政策。另一方面,蘇俄(聯(lián))的無產(chǎn)階級專政和計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)等政策反過來對張君勱“修正的民主政治”、憲政主義和國家社會(huì)主義等思想的形成和演變也產(chǎn)生了不可低估的影響。從總體上說,張氏的蘇俄(聯(lián))觀是比較客觀合理和詳細(xì)透徹的,涉及到了蘇俄(聯(lián))當(dāng)時(shí)各個(gè)方面。同時(shí),沒有局限于蘇俄(聯(lián))各領(lǐng)域的表面現(xiàn)象,而是透過現(xiàn)象深入分析事實(shí)的本質(zhì),充分揭露蘇俄(聯(lián))體制所存在的種種弊端,指出蘇俄(聯(lián))對許多問題的處理沒有從根本上解決問題,應(yīng)該從制度上著手。此外,他還看到了蘇俄(聯(lián))當(dāng)時(shí)國情的復(fù)雜性,因而對蘇聯(lián)和許多政策沒有采取絕對的肯定或否定態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:In 1917, the Russian October Revolution of a gun fire attracted the attention and interest of Zhang Junmai, who was concerned about current affairs, since then. The change and development of Soviet Russia (Union) has always been a focus of Zhang Junmai's attention. Through his own on-the-spot inspection and his own research and reflection on the Russian (Union) materials at home and abroad. Zhang Junmai formed his own independent view of Soviet Russia (Union), a socialist country guided by Marxism-Leninism and under the dictatorship of the proletariat. Zhang Junmai, however, put Soviet Russia (Union) in the ideological framework of his western liberal constitutionalism and democratic socialism for observation and study. All aspects of the policy and Zhang's own thinking in different historical periods have different degrees of change. Therefore, during the 30 years from 1917 to 1949, Zhang Junmai's understanding of Soviet Union (Union) also had a process of development and change. In the political field, he held the idea of "left Germany, right Russia" to Russia's October Revolution. The political system of Russia (Union of Soviet Union) has almost always maintained a negative attitude of criticism; In the economic field, he first criticized the wartime communist policy, developed into the affirmation of the implementation of the new economic policy, and then respected and advocated to learn from the planned economic policies of the Soviet Union in the cultural field. He has always opposed the Soviet Union, represented by Marxism and historical materialism as the representative of the official ideology and ideological and cultural autocratic policy, on the other hand. The Soviet Union's proletarian dictatorship and planned economy on the other hand "revised democratic politics" to Zhang Junmai. The formation and evolution of the thought of constitutionalism and national socialism also have an influence which can not be underestimated. Generally speaking, Zhang's Soviet Russian (United) view is more objective, reasonable and thorough. At the same time, it is not limited to the surface phenomenon in all fields of Soviet Russia (Union), but through the phenomenon in-depth analysis of the nature of the facts. Fully exposed the Russian (United) system of various shortcomings, pointed out that the Soviet Russia (Union) to deal with many problems did not fundamentally solve the problem, we should start from the system. He also saw the complexity of the Soviet Union and therefore did not take an absolute positive or negative attitude towards the Soviet Union and many policies.
