“農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)居”社區(qū)兒童自我保護(hù)能力提升的小組工作介入實(shí)踐報(bào)告

【摘要】:“農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)居”社區(qū)屬于城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中典型的過(guò)渡型社區(qū),生活環(huán)境具備了城市特征,但居民生活方式與社區(qū)服務(wù)體系保持了農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)狀態(tài),生活于其中的兒童社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加,社會(huì)工作專業(yè)介入可以完善社區(qū)教育體系,提高兒童自我保護(hù)能力。本項(xiàng)目為畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的自選課題,屬于兒童社會(huì)工作領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)性研究。項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)旨在通過(guò)教育性小組活動(dòng),強(qiáng)調(diào)自我保護(hù)能力學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中認(rèn)知的重要性,增強(qiáng)兒童自我保護(hù)的知識(shí)與能力,并能靈活運(yùn)用到日常生活中,推動(dòng)人文關(guān)懷型社區(qū)的整體營(yíng)造。項(xiàng)目有兩方面的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),一方面,“農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)居”社區(qū)兒童為服務(wù)對(duì)象,突出了兒童行為習(xí)慣的場(chǎng)域特征,將兒童的自我保護(hù)問(wèn)題與場(chǎng)域相結(jié)合使本選題具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新性;另一方面,在服務(wù)過(guò)程中融入了“在地化”理念,采用了“體驗(yàn)式”方式,將小組工作更加契合8-10歲年齡段的兒童,注重了人群服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)整體社區(qū)的營(yíng)造。項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,筆者在T社區(qū)招募小組成員9名,根據(jù)“場(chǎng)域——慣習(xí)”理論與社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)理論的觀點(diǎn),按照“農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)居”社區(qū)兒童自我保護(hù)意識(shí)——知識(shí)——能力——內(nèi)化運(yùn)用的工作策略,針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)并開展了“雨傘下的小精靈”、“無(wú)處不在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”、“藍(lán)雨傘課堂:安全小知識(shí)”、“藍(lán)雨傘課堂:急救小達(dá)人”、“情景劇表演:無(wú)聲勝有聲”、“社區(qū)體驗(yàn)行”6期小組活動(dòng)。本文為項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐報(bào)告,詳細(xì)記錄了從選題與實(shí)踐點(diǎn)的確定,再到組員招募、小組活動(dòng)開展及總結(jié)評(píng)估的過(guò)程,分析了“農(nóng)轉(zhuǎn)居”社區(qū)服務(wù)過(guò)程中需要的完善問(wèn)題,提出了落實(shí)政策并加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)間聯(lián)動(dòng)、成立社區(qū)兒童訓(xùn)練營(yíng)、培育社區(qū)社會(huì)組織三個(gè)方面的項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:The "farming to live" community is a typical transitional community in the process of urbanization. The living environment has the characteristics of the city, but the residents' life style and community service system keep the traditional state of the countryside, and the social risk of the children living in it increases. Social work professional intervention can improve the community education system and improve children's self-protection ability. This project is a self-selected project of graduation design and belongs to the applied basic research in the field of children's social work. The objective of the project is to emphasize the importance of cognition in the learning process of self-protection ability through educational group activities, to enhance children's knowledge and ability of self-protection, and to apply it flexibly to their daily lives. To promote the overall construction of humanistic care-oriented communities. There are two innovative points in the project. On the one hand, children in the "farming-to-residence" community serve as the object of service, highlighting the field characteristics of children's behavior habits, and combining the self-protection of children with the field makes this topic more innovative; On the other hand, the concept of "localization" is integrated into the service process and the "experiential" mode is adopted to fit the work of the group more closely with the 8-10-year-old children, paying attention to the construction of the whole community by paying attention to the crowd service. During the implementation of the project, the author recruited nine team members in the T community. According to the theory of "Field-habit" and the theory of social learning, In accordance with the strategy of internalizing children's self-protection consciousness-knowledge-ability-using in the "farming-to-living" community, the "elf under umbrella", "ubiquitous risk", was designed and carried out in accordance with the work strategy of internalizing the use of "peasant-to-house" community children's self-protection consciousness-knowledge-ability. "Blue Umbrella classroom: safety Tips", "Blue Umbrella classroom: first Aid", "sitcom performance: silent win Sound", "Community experience Line" 6 group activities. For the practical report of the project, this paper records in detail the process of selecting topics and practice points, then recruiting members, carrying out group activities and summarizing the evaluation, and analyzes the problems that need to be improved in the process of "rural conversion" community service. Some suggestions are put forward to implement the policy and strengthen the inter-system linkage, setting up community training camps for children, and cultivating community social organizations in three aspects of sustainable development.
