【摘要】：中國工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化水平的迅速提高與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平差距的擴大相伴而行,流動人口規(guī)模增長與代際更替并存,新生代流動人口占全體流動人口的比例逐漸超過老一代,逐漸成為流動人口的中堅力量。本文使用2011-2014年天津市流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),比較新生代和老一代流動人口在居民健康檔案、健康教育、醫(yī)療保險、住院服務(wù)利用、醫(yī)療支出和報銷狀況的異同,分析新生代流動人口公共衛(wèi)生和醫(yī)療服務(wù)需求利用的新特征,并提出適應(yīng)流動人口公共衛(wèi)生和醫(yī)療服務(wù)代際變遷的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China is accompanied by the widening gap in the level of regional economic development. The scale growth of the floating population and the intergenerational turnover coexist, and the proportion of the new generation of floating population to the whole floating population gradually exceeds that of the older generation. Gradually become the backbone of the floating population. Based on the survey data of floating population dynamics in Tianjin from 2011 to 2014, this paper compares the differences and similarities between the new generation and the older generation in the residents' health files, health education, medical insurance, utilization of hospitalization services, medical expenditure and reimbursement. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of the demand for public health and medical services of the new generation of floating population, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to adapt to the intergenerational changes of the public health and medical services of the floating population.
